ummm... I got in this game and earned the badge instantly... how is this possible? last time I played this game was in 2010.

I like to think this is a very happy kingdom with very happy people that have literally (and I'm not misusing the term) no worries in the world. They all aspire to be something great and they all achieve their goals. But let's be real. We all know who's paying for the cakes that feed this sin of gluttony.

For the hard badge, remember: you have all the time in the world on classic mode. Don't just drop on a whim; let the cake move back and forth a few times so you can time your drop correctly. Go for edge and danger bonuses early on. The bonus multiplier is your friend. When you see a bomb coming up, go out of your way to avoid it, especially later on when the small cakes give you less leeway to "move" away. After you see the bomb, slowly move back towards it to pick up the danger bonus, then try to edge-stack a cake over the bomb to pick up an edge bonus and a danger bonus at the same time. If you follow all this, it is perfectly possible to get the hard badge without powerups through stacking alone. Just remember: get the bonus multiplier as high as possible, and to do that patience is key. Don't rush!

Is anyone else having trouble playing the game? It takes me to the continue/start new game screen, but when I click the buttons, nothing happens. Any ideas?

I miss typed i was talking about the hard achivment. to tierd to even know wtf i typeing about really. Hard was HARD - but made it in the end. after almost quit trying! bhaa 2 piss easy and 1 rock hard. yeah, let em eat cake!

To all of you saying that it's easier to just mash down the button to get the points, if you just build a straight tower, then you'll rack up a multiplier during the eating phase.

Hey guys! Totally new information: If you mash and/or hold down the button you'll get the medium badge with ease. I'm totally the first person to find this out >.>

For the medium badge, keep the button pressed, that way you manage to go up to the point where you do a lot of points quickly.
For the hard badge, could we move the point of view? Because it is useless to see what we have done, but it would be good to see the bombs and items coming a bit earlier.

To get the medium badge just press the down button and wait 'till the time is over (don't mind the bunch of missing cakes). 55k on the 1st try.

I was having trouble with the medium badge. Then I gave up and started mashing the down button while barely even looking at the screen. I got it first try that way.
Good to know -- I actually almost made it 50k, but some other people in the office were having trouble. Some tips: Perfect/edge/danger combos are really good. They're worth slowing down a bit for. Stack those muffins! If you can get a good string of hits near the end, you're set. Practice a bit and you'll definitely get it.

So, when I posted on the forums that I was going to add a new medium badge to Pel for the 5-Minute Games quest, what I really meant was that I'd be adding a new medium badge to Feed the King and not including Pel in this quest at all. So, yeah, sorry about the messaging/planning with that. My fault! But this game is awesome, and it needed to be a part of the 5-Minute Games quest, and the easy badge is trivial while the hard badge is pretty hard. And this game had room for one more badge anyway, so here it is -- enjoy!
