The only thing that makes this game lose appeal in my books is just about EVERYONE chains which makes this game lose its appeal. other than that i'd give it a 4.5/5

I've done the math but the hotels even when buying many are way more inexpensive than the highrise apartments, for example five hotels equal around 2.5 million for 50 thousand profit while a five million dollar apartment offers 50 thousand for more money, can we get that fixed?

Have to agree with the below. More balancing for the lower number of players is needed. Lower world boss HP (or strengthen attacks) to make them killable and possibly lowering energy refill time to make up for lack of PvP to make gaining levels easier.

You should remove or lower the time needed to use a boost again its really annoying i mean i have 5 energy boosts but can't use a single one other than that its a great game
We appreciate the irony as well. Some players simply don't like the genre, which is understandable. As you've mentioned, we feel the game has a reasonable balance, and we know that players interested in this kind of game will see this as well.
Although World bosses only rotate once in a while, co-op and single bosses regenerate much faster. Boss sharing is also a great way to get extra bosses, so keep any eye out for players asking for boss help.
We appreciate that not everyone appreciates this genre of game, however there are many players on Kongregate who do, which is why we chose to bring our games here.

Speaking as an actual new player, screw "steaming" i liked the 3 foot tall screen because i hate having to navigate through 100 screens to do anything.

Great Potential, Just could use a little boost to make up for the low population of players. It's pretty sad to see that there's no one to fight after you reach a certain level. A lot of people depend on fights/boss fights for most of their exp needed to level since you could only get so much from energy based exp. Any way you can provide npcs that respawn every 10min or so to allow players to have something to hit, or else we just sit around waiting for our energy to refill, and for some people it's a very long time.
Thanks for the comment Bakabwoy, we're looking to remove the mob requirement on bosses to make them more available for people on the feed. For pvp battles at the lower levels at the moment we just need more active people in the game. We also plan on opening up the battle arena once there are enough high level players in the game aswell!

Good complex interface for lovers of management games but micro-transaction style (and how it teases you) is super annoying. Game, whilst good, is super basic, so why charge?

The real question is: How much you payed to manipulate the rating? And how much you paid for removing tags such as "micro-transaction"?
Hi Lugui01, you probably don't believe it but there's alot of people who enjoy text/graphic based rpgs like Mob Wars, we have many people who play our games across multiple social networks, so no we did not and cannot manipulate ratings here on Kongregate.

@ac AgenCy - You don't know anything about this game then, it is easy to get far without spending ANY money, I am rank 6 total in this game atm and haven't spent one cent.
Because the Battle Arena was developed for the games when they already had an established and experienced playerbase, it will likely be a bit of time before there are enough players who are high enough to make it an interesting event. We are looking forward to that happening though!

@ What I mean to say is that this game is very linear, it seems that it is who pays the most money > Skill / Strategy.
While we certainly appreciate players supporting the game, and there are reasonable rewards for doing so, we have also set up the game to reward dedicated players who support the game simply by enjoying it.

Thanks! We understand that our games aren't for everyone, however we also understand that there are many players who enjoy our take on the genre, which is why we brought the game to Kongregate. We definitely appreciate you being respectful about not liking the genre though, rock on!

An energy game.Such a pity.15 seconds into the game and I see energy.1/5 . When you select your class I choose the get energy faster,seemed like a great idea.4 minutes.4 MINUTES?
We're sorry to hear you're not a fan of the genre. We personally feel that our game has greater strategic depth than a lot of similar games, but we can definitely understand players preferring other genres.
