You get 50 Stamina, 500 Energy and 5,000 Health on level up, so you don't get refilled to your max. If you're referring to something else, please let us know! :)
Do you mean what is the range of levels you're able to attack in? For our game it's 10% above or below your level. Hitlist attacks are open to everyone once you're over level 300. :)

it doesn't seem like there are enough active players to get 1k mob (not counting hired) how am i supposed to catch up with anyone?

I've only been playing a few days and it says I can send 100 gifts per day and it hasn't reset back to 100 so am I doing something wrong or is it the game?
It's not necessarily either, the counter starts 24 hours after the first gift is sent so it isn't strictly a "day". If it still hasn't reset after 24 hours has passed from the first gift being sent please contact our Support team. :)

I have a suggestion for the game. Can you start making items that have bonus to them (i.e. +0.5% total attack or +10% total health) that can be used? If items like these were produced, it would be a lot more exciting to see what happens in terms of combat.

Great game, but there is one thing that annoys me. When I want to use the workbench, I never know if I've made that item before or not. I personally think it would be great if when you click on the blueprint details, it tells you how many of that item you've made before
Thanks for the feedback! I took a look and couldn't find a quick way to see how many of each item you've made from the workshop interface. Seems like a reasonable suggestion, I'll pass it along to the developers! :)

I am getting annoyed. People keep attacking me and I have to waste my cash on getting healed so I can continue. If I leave for an hour or so, there is 5 people doing hitlists and attacking me. I can't attack back because I don't have enough money. Plus, its hard because these people are 2000 levels above me! I know its called Mob Wars, but I'm still learning. Its fun though.
Mob Wars: LCN is primarily a fighting game, so expect to be trading blows with fellow players a lot! If you're getting hit by higher levels a lot, don't retaliate and you'll find yourself off their Rivals list in 24 hours. Make sure to join a Syndicate and get your fellow Mobsters to fight back! This is an awesome game! The one thing I don't like, is that you have to wait. But that's why I keep coming back... Its so fun!

I think a return to New York area could be fun. Come back to where you started off as basically a street gang, as... whatever it is you are by the time you finish Antarctica. I think you're a military state by then.
