I feel that the game is just way too padded. I earned and spent 160 orbs over the course of about 45 minutes and I still don't feel like the game has really begun. The element of speed and reflex I expect from a running game just isn't there at all. It may well be present once I earn so many more orbs to upgrade further, but I can't spend hours with this hoping for the game to finally be engaging. I'd suggest that the pace be consistent from the beginning and make the upgrades something more useful to the overall game play, rather than be stepping stones to getting the game play moving.

This isn't very fun. It just takes... so long to get anywhere. Upgrade games are quite fun when tuned properly, and the phase of relative helplessness is an important element. But! I STILL feel helpless after 10 runs. I want to upgrade my acceleration or something.

It takes a really long time to get the robot to a running speed, and the random placement of orbs and platforms made it so that sometimes I would get 20 orbs on a turn and then the next turn get 2 because all I had were really high platforms that I couldn't reach and orbs near the ceiling that were too far away. It's not a bad game, but more consistency would be nice.

- upgrades don't help
- energy boxes have "area attack", so you cannot outmanoever them in close quarters
- everything is under 1 button, and it doesn't help - wanna drop? you'll float
Nice graphics, but the gameplay somehow ruins it. 3/5.

Upgrades don't feel like they help much. Game is too slow at the beginning to let me find out if it is good later. Nice graphics though.

Also: and I know I'm complaining a lot, but it's because I just want to like this game more: Going from the Upgrade screen to the Title Screen and then having to click again to skip the intro EVERY TIME I buy an upgrade, or check to see what my Orbs Total is or how many Orbs it costs for the next upgrade is really annoying.

I can't find a way to reply to your comment on my message so I'll say it here: Actually I played it a long time, like for at least 20 minutes I think. Which is probably why I was so bummed by the speed. I will say this to new players: Buy the Butt Drop ASAP it really helps you reach the higher platforms which allows you to get the otherwise nearly impossible to get Big Orbs which really help you go much further. By just buying the Butt Drop I was able to almost double my distance in a single turn.
I did like the game, but I feel that it starts off way too slow. And the highest Jump doesn't get you to either the Second Level of platforms or the Medium Orbs, which would be very helpful for fully upgrading one particular item.

Beautiful but boring. I would only barely classify this as a game, as it involves almost no decision making. 2/5 for the artwork.

I think that for a start, you should just make it so every energy orb have a platform under it and that you can always jump to the platform and to the Orb after. Some platforms would be only for the highest jump, and some others for lower jumps. Also I have lags on the game it seems, but if the game is as fast as it seems when a lag goes away, it's a bit too fast to be enjoyable ;).

pretty good , but lacks some action in the begining i suggest adding combo(overdrive?) bonus speed for taking several orbs during one jump or something like perfect catch to get more energy/speed/orb

2/5.
The upgrade cost is too high and the 'improvement' is barely noticeable.
The hitbox on the energy boxes is too big.
The robot runs too slowly.
The game doesn't have enough variation to keep interest for as long as it must take to finish.

fail. mostly due to the speed the bot runs at and theres no speed upgrade. i played twice, wouldn't play again unless it was improved. looks nice, sounds nice, plays SHIT
