Under rating threshold (show) Tesla Towers are the most cost effective thing in the game and you start off with them - 600dps at medium range fully upgraded for a grand - nothing else comes close. You can finish every level in the game perfect with 4-6 towers, way too easy.

Under rating threshold (show) Neat, better than some, a little too easy. You never need anything but tesla towers, they take about 1200 to upgrade fully. The easiest fix I can think of is to limit the cash upgrades. Say, no more than 5-10 upgrades. It's too easy right now to set 5 tesla towers (all you need until round 11, then you just need 6-7) and tab to something else. Also, next wave should only take 2-3 seconds max to pop up (I'd honestly say 1 second, just enough to not do it by accident). Good basis, though.

Under rating threshold (show) Things that need fixing: 1) Tower Description/names in the Build Menu... i want to know what a tower does BEFORE i build it. 2) The GUI and fonts are really tiny. Maybe make the game screen bigger. 3) The game has 0 balance. I literally beat every level with only a Sniper and Tesla... all other towers are useless. Enemies don't scale, tower upgrades don't scale.

Under rating threshold (show) Money wins wars. Two fully upgraded tesla towers and you can beat most levels. Buy the startup cash and replay lvl2 twice doing this and you are set the rest of the game. If any thing gets by the towers then move it for only 10 and move it back. Level 12 and up requires alot of towers.

Under rating threshold (show) Gotta agree, excellent game to start but only thing to buy at war-mart is extra start up cash. within a few levels you can start off with a fully upgraded sniper or 2, throw in a couple of lightning towers for fun and go take the dog for a walk.

Under rating threshold (show) Wow. Author managed to make every single one of the special weapons WORSE than the basic 3. A tesla costs 250g, 62g per upgrade and deals 150 DPS to MULTIPLE targets. Maxed out, it hits for 600 DPS vs multiple targets. Nothing else even comes close, except the particle cannon, but it is like 5 times the price for the same DPS...vs 1 dude at a time and a ton of overkill damage instead of fast weaker attacks.

Under rating threshold (show) Sniper tower's OP....Buy nothing but the thing that gives you 200$ extra each time you buy it...Set up sniper tower, Increase rate of fire then damage then range...By game 4 you've got one that's almost full maxed out right at wave 1....Get 3 set up and you win the match period...

Under rating threshold (show) I loved the first game for its difficulty, so you can bet I'm not going to give you a raving review about this. 3/5 from me - I wish i could say it was higher, but its just too easy when you can start a level with more than you need.

Under rating threshold (show) First, this is much better than the original Frontline for sure. Now, recommendations on future versions/sequels: 1. Instant "next wave" sending instead of the 10-second wait. 2. Multiple upgrade levels for each unlockable upgrade in the war room. 2b. Change the starting funds upgrade to give more each level up to a maximum level. 3. Tower Specializing, something akin to specialization in games like Protector TD. Those are just suggestions for the future, though. As it is, this game rocks.

Under rating threshold (show) All the other guns are put to shame against the tesla gun. It basicly owns all enemy units and in multiples. I don't even got to monitor how the game is going since I know the tesla gun has my back. Tesla weapons are awesome! End of subject.

Under rating threshold (show) Good base, needs a lot of improvements, but still way better than original. Apart from all of the other enhancements other have mentioned, I would aslo like to see some crosshairs on teh sniper modes instead of just the arrow. Because either I am hqaving issues aiming with the arrow or the aiming needs to be adjusted. 3/5

Under rating threshold (show) It used to be a 10 second wait to get the next wave, now it is 16 seconds? What is going on with this game, we should be able to advance when we want as quite often the enemies are dead after 5 seconds or less.

Under rating threshold (show) 4) Remove the 400$ turret or make it balanced. I mean come on, I passed every single level (before getting uterly bored) without even looking at any other turret or even buying anything on the "warmart" except the starting money upgrade thing. You just put a couple of those on some no-brainer locations for every level, max them and there you go, you beat the game. This has potential to be a nice game, but it is so poorly made that it isnt even worth finishing without getting super bored. Unless you're the kind of guy who likes to see the e-x-a-c-t same thing over and over and over and over again. I wish there were more games like the old "protect my gems" which I believe is the top #1 tower defense game in this site, now THAT is a tower defense game.

Under rating threshold (show) The air strike button never lit during the tutorial, a bit better placement or at least a tooltip would be nice. And where are the tower descriptions? Also, letting us place more than one tower before the waves start would be nice. The upgrade doesn't seem to be right either. It says I need, say $100 to upgrade, but the button won't highlight for use until I have over $100. If it's $100 exactly, it won't let me upgrade. However, all that being said, a nice upgrade from the original. I really like the new upgrade system, and the war-mart (hee!) has great selection! Didn't have too much of an issue with the 10 second wait thing. Now, if we can play all the levels here on Kong, I will be a very happy panda!

Under rating threshold (show) Could we at least have an auto-send for when we clear the map of critters. its annoying to wait while there is nothing to kill and you still have a few seconds before you can force the wave. Also- sniper game is bloody hard on a laptop. but still, good game - just fix the balancing issues and the send wave button.

Under rating threshold (show) I agree with all about the multiple wave option, having a timed bonus to clear the level would be awesome too! Send all waves at once and see if you can clear it in X:XX time! Also, hotkeys for towers n such would be a nice touch. Good game, quite easy as it is though...

Under rating threshold (show) I would suggest incrementing the cost of upgrading your starting money: make it cost 1000 at first, 2000 the second time, 3000 the third, etc. That way you'd run into diminishing returns and buying the other towers would be more valuable. It'd also up the difficulty, which is problematically low right now. Also, most other tower defense games have enemies which are different in ways other than just hit point totals, and this one hurts because of that. Big differences in speed, movement type, powers, etc. would be good on enemies.

Under rating threshold (show) I don't usually like tower defense games, but this one is the exception. There are, however, a few problems with the game, like it being very unbalanced. During the game i found no reason to buy other towers because the 3 starter towers work fine. Also its very long and tedious. There is like 40waves per level and about 10seconds per wave. ans the worst part is that you have to wait a little bit before you can press next wave, remove that and you got a 5star game. But for now 4/5

Under rating threshold (show) It's far too easy, especially since you can just keep buying extra starting cash. There's no variation in the gameplay so by level 6 I was bored, all the creeps seemed to be the same and while the graphics are nice and there's a variety of towers to buy and build, there's really no need to buy anything other than your starting towers.
