Description
"The year is 4953. You are in an old abandoned manufacturing warehouse where the power backup is running low. Luckily, there is still a storage of power spheres, and the machine to harvest their energy is still generating, but has malfunctioned. You must get as many power spheres into the machine's malfunctioning entrance as you can to regain power. Be warned though, as you get more power into the backup, the machine will get faster!"
The goal of "Malfunction" is to make the malfunctioning machine moving below catch the balls as you time when the balls fall.
This game was an entry into the Kongregate Unity game contest.
**NOTE** The game will automatically reduce its quality to make up for slow computers. If you think the game looks bad, upgrade your machine or close other applications and reboot.
How to Play
- Use the mouse to click on the blocks supporting the balls. The blocks then vanish and let the balls fall into the generator. It's mostly about timing, but it's still very addictive.
- Push P to pause, mute, restart, or go back to the main menu
- Get combos to gain even more points by scoring 3 or more balls within 2 seconds.
- There are three modes: Round Mode, Timed Mode, and Survival Mode. Try and get as many points as you can to top the score boards!

Wow. For a 13 year old and a 16 year old this is really amazing! The graphics are stunning and the gameplay is great!
Suggestions: Have a way to "skip" the how to play, or advance the slides at your own pace. Because I accidentally clicked it again and had to wait through it all.
I also ran into an odd bug, I was doing lives mode and a bounce ball fell into the side of the bucket and started bouncing back and forth and wouldn't stop... I had to quit out of the game because it was perpetual motion.
Another thing is how the bucket was slightly V shaped, it seemed sometimes the lateral motion of the bucket would actually cause the ball to roll UP the side, which shouldn't happen. If the ball gets "in" it should never come out.
Other than that, great game! Definitely a solid 4/5. I think it just needs more to it, it's a very simple game as it is, and doesn't give you enough reason to keep playing it. Maybe things like achievements, other game modes, more block types (maybe). Etc.

The game is a 5/5. I would like it more if i didnt suck at it though... Well anyway a blue spiral slows down the catcher and the blue diamond is double points.
Haha! Well, practice makes perfect! Look at my scores on the High Scores Board. That's all from practice! (I got a LOT from testing the game during development.) I'm quite glad that you like it. Thank you for the generous rating!

3/5; not 4 because not enough to do; not 5 because its not epic (really hard to get a 5 out of me); besides those 2 points GOOD JOB; besides Sarah's run, best unity game here
