I've played Little Stars pp2 and little stars players pack. First time I played the original today. These are fun games, no doubt, amazing little puzzles.
That music tho... I must have more... Where do you get these riffs? I need full songs!

I found a bug: if you quickly and repeatedly pause and un-pause the game you can prevent ships from being generated on the planet. I'm guessing ships spawn every 1 second - as long as you pause before 1 second passes, no ships will spawn. It's not terribly useful, but it can give you the edge.

I love when you watch the home screen for long enough, all the little fleets merge into a 33 size fleet. Satisfying in some sort of way. Great game, something you had to work at to finish, the AI was tough enough to keep you on your toes without being unbeatable. Nice balance. 5/5 from me

Played this through several times over the years coz I *love* it. One of the best ever 'cell' games. This time I forgot I had headphones on and actually heard the music. Pretty good and definitely worth a listen if you haven't heard it. Still, and forever, 5/5

blue is cautious that the other people will get him, there for he is very aggressive to take down any possible invaders.

Good game, needs more in depth strategy, like better computer strategy, and maybe if you got more than 100 in one planet then you could right click and increase the ships per second by 1

Excellent game, terrible AI. It likes to gang up on the player far too much which makes some of the 3 way levels almost unplayable.

this and the players pack version were very fun to play through, some levels were extremely simple while other managed to require me to rethink my attacks a few times before things turned around for me, I played most levels at speed one since speed 3 seemed to up the difficulty as I could not react fast enough..

This game is very different from all the other "orbiting ship/virus/etc." rts games. It's very simplistic, without those irritating upgrades and etc. This is a game based on skill, rather than upgrades and combos and bonuses. It is also radically different - you have to take an aggressive, fast and quick-thinking stance in this game - all ships must be used immediately and quickly. Taking and keeping planets is the only thing that matters. I love that, and it's very different and unique from the other games.

Poor grey, they just sit there, doing absolutely nothing to protect themselves while all the other colors brutally massacre their armies. Makes you wonder how they got all that land in the first place.

This is an awesome game. I completed the game and looked at the comments. I found someone saying that level six is impossible? I retried it, and won... Just wait until later! MWA HAHAHAHA!!! Oh yeah, if you want to know how to defeat blues easily, read on.
Just stockpile up ships. As soon as you send out ships, the blue will fire at you from somewhere else, effectively killing you. Once stockpiled, shoot only half your ships at the enemy using the button in the top-right corner. Good luck!

6th level... Use *strategy*! :) Watch what the computer does and take advantage of it. I'd spell it out but it's a common strategy in most games with more than 2 players.

My biggest issue with this game is that, unlike most others of its kind, it doesn't leave half the troops home. Makes it very difficult and tedious jumping around with the enemy struggling for control over a few stars.
