Under rating threshold (show) More on the different surfaces: fire destroys trees and leaves Grass 2 behind. Pits are below sea level. If they touch water they will overflow. The deeper the pit, the deeper the water. Btw. pit 3 and pit 1 are mixed up in the help information. Roads seem to increase movement speed, rocks decrease it. Rock 2 makes it slower than Rock 1. Especially on the last few (rocks and roads) I am not sure. Would be cool if the game developer could include the correct information in the description or the help screen.

Under rating threshold (show) It's quite nice, but I think it needs some more refining. If you let it run without any help then towns are founded too fast to allow the population to grow rapidly which ends up with population stagnation. For me this happens ubiquitously at 8 towns, where the population drops from the mid 20s to the mid teens and gets stuck there. Lowering the rate of town creation (or increasing population growth) would certainly help here.

Under rating threshold (show) Grass 2 slowly spawns trees. If you place a town into a forest the people will turn the trees into Grass 2. So trees are food. If there are not enough trees to sustain the population people will starve.

Under rating threshold (show) LOVE THIS GAME!!!I loved how you put US mostly in control. The idea itself is pure GENIOUS!!! Though I have som ideas: 1)Towns created by user not always connected by roadsif on different islands. 2)Seperated towns become different clans that hate eachother and fight once seperated for some time. 3) Upgradable to agriculture after certain time. 4) Not all maps need to be islands! Add a coast area or mountain in every once in a while. 5)The ability to pick up and move a character. 6)IT NEEDS ZOOM!!!

Under rating threshold (show) I friken love this game! The nly problem is whenever I make a town on another island, it always makes a road from that town to one of the other towns on the other islands. I don't want that becuse I want them to be seperated. So thenI have to go in and flood the road connecting the islands so that they are seperated. But other than that. GOOD GAME! JOLLY GOOD GAME! :D

Under rating threshold (show) (4) When new towns are needed, they spring up in a random location where there are trees, within a set distance from an existing town. At the same time, a road is created following the shortest path to the nearest towns. (5) People tend to walk between nearby towns either by following the same path the last person took (like ants) or by following a road. (6) If you build a map with two towns a long distance apart, a lot of your population will die from setting out down the road to visit the other town and starving before they get there. (7) As well as eating, people will only reproduce in a town. (8) A town with Population 0 tends to get struck by a meteorite. (9) If you press B, your town will turn blue and the people will stop building new towns. This sometimes breaks the expansion and starvation cycle that otherwise usually takes place. (10) "The disease" is just old age.

Under rating threshold (show) If you have a small population that wont grow, and your tired of it always ending up like that, here are some tips: step #1: Start the where they will have alot of food...like how the mountains ar always surrounded by trees. 2: Once they have seted to non-growth stage, starta ire detrying all of their main food supply. 3: Watch as they expand epically nd pop grows epically!!!!!

Under rating threshold (show) If you press "B" all of the towns turn blue and the people move more slowly, but everything else seems to move at the same speed (e.g. - fire). I'm not sure if this is what is really going on, but it seems to me that it is. It's an on/off trigger, by the way. So pressing "B" again will revert it to the normal mode.
