when you destroy the grey block thing (like the ones you normally destroy but without the orange dot and it takes alot to destroy) theres a chance to get a "V" coin (3,000,000)

Things that combine: Ultra fire + Missle Blast powerup = Ultra missle blast, Megaton laser + Double fire = Double laser, Ion Wave + Tetra fire = Triple wave, keep this comment alive for people to know!

Easy way to win: Buy darkness energy charge and time stop. Then just time stop and shoot until your energy runs out and then charge twice, and repeat. I have personally tested this and it works on all bosses. Also, to those who might be unaware, autofire can be toggled with the "z" key.

tip-after you have the 'bosskiller' generator, finish a level and leave the end summary screen up. The thing will generate for you, without firing. a very easy way to get alot of boss killers.

To beat Epic: Run into him. He'll bounce off the top of the screen and won't fire. Use healing technique and darkness energy charge and just fire away while ramming him every 3-4 seconds.

So... on level 3, I checked the box saying about 'don't ask again' regarding saves between levels, assuming it would save automatically. And then I died, like 10 levels later. Had to start all the way back from level 3. That's silly - an autosave system is not difficult to implement. Other than that, I enjoy the game a lot! My only other complaints are small screen size relative to ship size, and hitboxes - everything being so big on screen makes it feel a bit cramped, and hitboxes seem to be so large, I'm picking up almost every single bonus and X drop, whether I try to avoid it or not.

Be quick to catch "V" bonus (3 milion cash) ;) Just destroyed grey bunker at the end of map and V disappeared, even if other bonuses were still there :)

There's a hidden difficulty. On the options screen, move your mouse to the right of 'Hard', and 'Insane' should show up. Good luck ;P

Great game! The three different types of ships and there specialties, along with new unlockable ones are good features. All of the shops (Normal, Nebula, and Legendary) have great upgrades and I like how they attach to specific ships. The art of the ships and bosses is pretty good, but what were really great were the boss fights themselves. I liked how each boss had its own special thing. The pickup bonuses are awesome, I especially love the double fire one for high DPS on a boss while sitting directly in front of them. Only complaint might be the difficulty of later bosses without using time stop + heal and dark energy recharge. Seems to me that its the only real way to beat Genu. Anyways, great game! Loved it!

Once you pick up a bonus, there should be a way to select that bonus as the one you want to use. Gets really frustrating making sure to dodge other bonuses.

Its been since 2010 since I last played this game and it seem people still have trouble with the epic. Here is the solution: TURN ON MOUSE CONTROLS under options. It will make your life ALOT easier. Also keep using time stop and keep shooting and use darkness energy charge as necessary. Rinse repeat. Also replete the energy bar till empty if you need to heal and then use darkness energy charge to refill the energy bar as much as possible. Hope this helps new players.

I ran into an odd glitch/cheap way of defeating epic (level 25 boss). I warped to get to him and accidentally ran into him just as he was entering on screen. The damage was not significant so I kept ramming him up the screen and if you place it just right, he never shoots any bullets ever. Pretty much sat there collecting armour and shields as they came down the screen and using the regen ability. It took 1 minute to take him down easy, no use of time slow or anything.

Defeat the final boss with no effort: Fly ahead and repeatedly crash into him before he is all the way on the screen. He won't shoot at all, but your shots still hit him. Be sure to heal and charge as needed.

If you intend to skip some levels after you've got all the upgrades, press the P Key to pause, right click the screen, press "Forward", then press "Next Level". Badges will be awarded as well.

The V coin is true.First,you wanna go and get bonus magnet and the ion cannon.add the infi bonus,unreal laser amp. and get illinear if possible.whenever you see the green commander ship or the V block you throw yourself in front of it.make sure you have double laser or double fire.fire hell on it.theres a 75% drop rate of v coins on those things.

Easy win on 'Epic' boss. As long as you have all of the upgrades purchased from the legendary nebula, I will list the items you need from the black market, elite, and neko's shop to make sure you have an easy time of beating the last boss. I will reference the items by listing them 1-13 starting at the top and working down the upgrade menu. From the BM, you need 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, and 13. From the Elite Shop, purchase 1, 2, 4, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, and 13. Finally, from Neko's, buy 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 12. With those upgrades, all you need to do is repeatedly ram the last boss with autofire on and using the "Repair" ability and "Darkness Energy Charge" as needed. As long as you stay close and repeatedly ram the last boss, it will not fire at you and you do not take enough damage to die. Not exactly fair, but it works.

FOR FREE UNLIMITED MISSILES, buy the missile generator and complete a mission, but DO NOT return to the shop, If you watch your missile count in the top left corner, your ship will still be producing missiles.... Hope it helps rate + to keep this tip alive

The game suffers from two things: lack of difficulty and not enough space to maneuver without running into everything. The negative 'x's pop up way to often, and many times are simply unavoidable. If the game window was bigger, the size of the sprites would be more reasonable, but it isn't and they are too big for the game window, in my opinion.

wow ramming bosses off the screen is dumbly over powered. I seriously beat epic by ramming him off the screen so he could not shoot lol.

If you have the healing technique you can heal even after the level has ended, so you can reduce recharge/repair costs
