Developer Updates
1. The priests are killed by magic. Spells always kills the strongest units first. Also priests can be killed with own priests or with fast units under protection magic (nature).
2. There is no need to send hords of units against priests. Simply let the priests past, and then counterattack with units of your own choice.

The theory that the AI has the same units is false. I tried it and ended up against longswordsmen, archers, and catapults vs. my swordsmen!!! maybe they updated it or something, but it works better now.

I really like this game but I found a glitch in it. All yo have to do is hold down the mouse button and drag across the resources without having to click at all and you get like litteraly hundreds of each.

dont upgrade magic, it just gives you more different blocks! (harder to combine 3 of same)

Cool concept, but got lost in all its errors as already mentioned. I'd like to add to the list the fact that you can only start the same level with the same resources - basically, if you win a level while short on resources, you are screwed in the next one - and possibly will have to reset the game. I couldn't build all my structures because i finished the last level without the money required to do so, and there's simply no way to get more money or replay previous levels. 2/5, and it's a shame, because I can see the potential in this game.

To test the theory I started a new game and played until about the 8th or 9th level without upgrading. It actually got easier and easier as I progressed. Don't upgrade anything and play the sliding game until you have a good number of troops stored up (20 in the early levels, 50 or 60 later on) and just send them all at once. Once they're on the field, return to the sliding game to rebuild your resources. (Holding down the mouse on the unit button was a godsend.) Pretty easy victories within a few minutes per level. Unfortunately it takes all of the interest out of the game.
