Needs hotkeys, and more levels for a steady progession. I don't see why I should have to replay each level just to be able to afford upgrades to do the next level. The graphics are cute but the tediousness of the gameplay gets really boring really fast. Also needs badges for the people who were patient enough to keep grinding and finish the game.

Never create playing difficulty by obscuring the interface, thats the dark side of the force! Otherwise the game graphics and sounds are nicely done. At the begging I thoutht, oh nice, talesworth arena style of mechanics. Playing it however it just doesnt cut it. There is a hugh list of things going wrong to induce fun, no sell back of units, no place to store em, keys from hell do not go over to heaven games, some hell games pure random as butan instant kills you (so you have to restart so until he just doesnt use it) Autofire is also no solution, I'd suggest either slowing things down, or going to round based, or have another good idea how to make a *game* out of the core, beside the nice makeup, which you are capable of.

a good game! a suggestion for the sequal would be to add sub faction campaigns like for heaven:the archangels, the chorus and the angelic marcenaries where as for hell: the demons, the wereforms and the daemon mercenaries.

I thought the game was made a bad first impresion but shows promise if they were to add hotkeys and give you more money to start out with or make the begining monsters less powerfull. I also think it would be helpfull to get a small percent refund when you remove a player.

Autofire makes the game playable. But what's with the challenges requiring only one type of unit? There's no way to sell units or put them aside, so the only way to do that challenge is to DELETE a lot of units and remake the team, then remake the team back after the challenge. Not a good plan for a game.

i think they shoud make that you can 1 hotkeys and for the guys who like to click on the guys to atack shoud be a other option so both type of players are happy
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Hotkeys may hurt the current balance, but the current balance is less than favorable. Keep in mind the computer is using all of it's guys at once while players are limited to one at a time, and when you click your guy that requires aiming to attack and fail to click the target three times it totally kills it. The game needs hotkeys so we can efficiently use multiple guys.

To make money, play the first (real) level over and over, you get 116 gold for a fast kill.. Another questionworthy decissions IMHO that playing the 1st level makes more money than a highlevel one.

If your game is based on deliberately making the control scheme suck, then you're making a game about controls. Does anybody think game controls are fun? Does anybody think fighting bad game controls is fun?

So, any unit other than the basic angel is a pointless (you need the acheivements to collect the keys in order to advance, and having anything other than an angel will not get you the 8th acheivement), there's no warning as to how the different units behave (e.g. the girl cannot attack, the old man takes up all your click time aiming his weapon) and you don't get your money back when you trade in units (regardless of how much levelling they have done), thus you will grind old level to get your troop numbers back up. In short, the whole game is: click angel, repeat for each unit. Couldn't be bothered to even try the Hell campaign.
Shame really, as the game looks really nice.

Spiffy graphics, shitty controls and system. Needs balancing, and hotkeys. Whoever decided to use lack of hotkeys as a balancer should be shot. There are two types of challenging games: ones with innovative gameplay, and ones that are challenging due to crappy control systems. This game falls into the latter. 2/5

so, like most of the comments here, at first I thought that this game is really cool, but it just needs a few hotkeys or the like. But, upon playing it more, I've realized there's not much to this game besides the graphics. It's short, extremely repetitive, the leveling up system requires only that you have money (no experience points or anything), the heaven/hell campaigns are basically the same, there's almost no information given on characters or their stats, there are only 3 commands for each character, a number of the fights are just grind fests, you can't sell back your characters or store them somewhere so you just have to delete the character and earn money to replace him, the abilities are neither dynamic nor original, the list goes on. So, I'm actually quite disappointed with this game. Though, again, the game does LOOK very very cool.

Hell Servant:"Sir,sir!White chicks with water guns are invading Hell!!!"
Satan:"Don't worry,we will fight back with chicks painted red along with some forks colored red to match them."

it just feals like it should be turn based instead of semi-turn based, instead of rushing me to qucikly move each time the action abr is filled it should pause, let me select the action, unpause then have the action happen

meh. didn't keep my interest long enough to play the other campaign. i don't care what you say, hotkeys are necessary if you aren't going to have an auto-attack feature. also, you don't get near enough money for completing levels. having to replay levels a dozen times to get enough money to get and level up elite units is very boring. my advice would be to create many more levels for each campaign, but even still up the money some. you gotta cut down on replaying levels.

Hedic, for cascadillia, u need to use only angels (not the angel subtype, only the very basic unit called angel) cant use old angel, or girl angel

The sea monster is a great way to get money early. Once you get the old angel, just get six of them, upgrade as much as possible, and fight the sea monster, setting all your units on auto-attack. It'll be rediculously easy and you'll earn like 450-500 gold in about 10 seconds. Upgrade more and repeat until you have fully upgraded all your units for max gold income. Just do this six times and in the course of a minute-ish you'll have gained about 2750-3000 gold, which should cover most setups of units.

Cute intro, too bad there is no ending. The final enemies for hell are way unbalanced and buggy to boot. The Buddan kills my entire back row in one hit even after upgrading them multiple times but it displays the damage as no more then 50. Necromers sometimes raise zombies on the opponents side of the field.

Auto-fire = AFK game...
if you keep this up eventually it will get boring... more campaign if you`ll keep auto-fire...
although i`ll suggest hotkeys better than autofire...

kinda like the concept of the game, and do like the new hotkey for auto attak, but i'm afraid theres a bug. If u autoattack the wizard of the hell group, it has a short reload time, which makes many levels so easy and not challenging.

the secret in this game is a hotkey wich is auto shoot to preform it just click the character + ctrl button and relax...pls keep this commnt alive.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Without the hotkey it seems a bit ... unplayable.
Oh, and you meantioned it being a new type of game O_o it seems to be ... reminisent of something else.

Oh... so there is autofire now? (Could have made that a bit more obvious.) Changing my rating to 4/5. But, please mention autofire in the tutorial.

There is no so-called balance that can be achieved by such means as semi-turn-based without hotkeys. It should be either full turn-based or support hotkeys. In current state it's hardly even a game, more like mouse-clicker-trainer (and real pain if using laptop). Ah, screw it, you don't really care anyway (by the look of comments here). That's a shame, could be a good game...

It seems like a lot of work went into the asthetics of this game, but not very much into the gameplay itself. I really want to like it, but there is just way too much monotonous clicking involved. And for some units (e.g., the old angel), it's even more tedious - click once for attack, click again to specify the target...rinse, repeat. Please improve the controls - it would vastly improve this game. 5/5 for graphics/asthetics...4/5 for concept...2/5 for gameplay/controls.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Also, it DOESN'T NEED HOTKEYS. Thats the gameplay, click and click. You gotta be fast to beat the computer. The game isn't going to be handed to you, so suck it up and play or leave.
