I'm not sure if you intended for health to only replenish upon picking up the magic at the start of each level, but it's just obnoxious fake difficulty when you have to choose between, say, replacing chaos magic with the mostly useless lightning or else relying on being able to clear the first two rooms of the next dungeon without burning through whatever health you had from the previous boss.

Hard Badge Guide:
Clear every room before completing a level.
Stack +5 Damage from all stat boost rooms
Hold left click when entering rooms to trigger your ability (poison is best)
You can regain health and ability by entering already cleared rooms and killing fiends and ghosts (target ghosts first as they always drop potions)
Don't go into the little black hole in the wall!
I cleared on my first attempt doing this, have fun!

i think he should make some ranged weapons like bows and slingshots so that all the weapons don,t have the same common thing... to run trough your enemies.

In the Spirit World, there is a bug where you can get unlimited keys by revisiting rooms you've already completed and defeating all the spirits, so you can go past the boss into the next room over and over again effectively getting you to a very high level. Also, in the same world, you can revisit shops , and they will have new items. Also, if you die in the Spirit World and you re spawn there, there will be little purple pyramid things, like in the chaos dungeon, and there will be a LOT of spirits in each room, which you will have to kill to proceed. Oh, and the Spirit Collector is impossible for me to beat. HELP!

I'm not sure if this is intentional or but having a low critical effectively means that your critical hits do **less** damage than your normal hits and this makes having a high critical hit rate BAD. Perhaps have minimum damage for critical hits set at a certain percentage higher than regular attack damage? Perhaps give another use for critical (like increasing run speed in the same way attack increases HP?)

Is there any way you can add how far you had gotten to the load screen? Just something like "you reached level 10, restart level 7". I reached level 10, then died, and didn't get the badge. As I had nothing to take a screenshot of to send a missing achievement report I now have to do it over again. Also, as others have said, it would be nice to be able to save without making your magic worse.

I want to like this game, but its a really finicky roguelike. Not being able to block separately from magic casting drains magic like mad. Turns into a potion farming fest mid-game. Some things are gamebreaking (lifesteal, proc) while others (crit) are completely useless. My equips disappear randomly and the game doesn't save/restore health unless I replace my magic with crappy things. And the warningless death with the ghost was absolutely irritating. Honestly, this feels like half a game.

Sucks if you skip getting the magic each lvl to keep chaos you don't auto-save..can you fix this.. so it automatically saves regardless if you keep your magic or not.

Also, just passing through enemies damages them, no need to stand and beat the hell out of them. Just run past them, avoiding damage and dealing it at the same time. Two birds with one stone, eh?

Dunno if it's a glitch, but atm I'm running about with 2, yes that's TWO shields at once. Guess my guy grew a 3rd arm or something.

I've had issues with the auto-save, I have closed my browser after beating bosses (to go to sleep for example) and when I come back I have to re-start the game from scratch...

What do any of these stats mean? Magic proc? Is it attack power or speed? What does stun do? What does 'critical' entail?

I'm actually quite impressed with the developer, this game is addicting and I would play this next time. I earned the badge and didn't finished it yet, I was on the Save Rune, but I would play it again! :)

Great game made here. I really love the boss fights and the music when beating boss levels and normal levels. No complaints from me, and only one hundred good things to say. So great game, good gameplay and I am looking forward to more games like this now. I normally wasn't interested in playing these kind of games, until I tried this out. You made me more interested in playing these kind of games and many others. So thank you, and Happy Valentines Day!

Upon death, if on that level you bought somethign with black coins, you don't get the coins back from the save(EG I had 100~ black coins, spent 75 on a weapon, got 10, died, and when I came back I didn't have my weapon i bought, but my coins were only at 37)

My only complaint is that the drops seem to be way too weapon heavy. I got an incredible weapon from a boss early on and did NOT want to switch it. Queu the 40 weapon drops that follow. I need potions or armor upgrades? I get weapons

Bug: After the latest patch, it appears armor is not actually adding to your armor stat. Old file showed no increase in armor stat after picking up any new armor, and a new file has me stuck at 0 armor no matter what I have equipped

Sometimes if there is one last enemy, and you kill a Skell from a Ghost or Necro Mage, the "power-up orbs" appear before you kill the last enemy. But the key only drops after you kill the last enemy. Bug, maybe?

Bug updates: Finally ran into a secret shop, in level 8; I guess it is just chance to find one. As other people are commenting, if you miss the key and go in a secret shop, you can't get out of the room because the key disappears. With that, there are other things that should carry over from each room. 1. If you're drinking a potion and go out of the room, it doesn't make sense that it just ends like it does. 2. All boxes/crystals/etc. disappear, even if you haven't broken them.

There is a bug with the secret shop. if you accidentally don't pick the room key up, when leaving the shop you will be trapped.

a nice feature would be some kind of bonus for our new character after a death ... some permanent stuff ... like little health or dmg bonus things like ... unlocked with achievement and things like that .. other than that great game its very fun

"xotano" if you think that rtmg is a rip ff on "great dungen in the sky" you might want to relize that rotmg was made 10 months before that game. Plus thats is another game ripped off of rotmg.
