Nothing in this platformer is a new concept. Everything from odd gameplay angles and splitscreen styles to rewind and multiple player mechanics have been tried. It seems pretty well-made and polished, so there's that, but the controls are a weakness. 4/5, just can't get into it when I've already gotten bored with all of the gameplay mechanics from other, similar games

This is gold! And don't let the rating fool you, clever and interesting games rarely get good ratings from the boorishly button smashing crowds here at Kongregate.

Brilliant! 5/5 - Just in the future: Don't use space for both switching characters AND advancing dialogue, it made me miss some of it. Use E or something.

Ah, I understand now: When you jump, you automatically jump 1 square in the direction you are facing. The fact that it looks like a platformer is just confusing my well honed Super Mario Bros. reflexes. The slow actions don't help much either.

Remove the lag (there is a small delay when you press a key to when they start moving) and don't require us to turn around every time we want to jump. It is really really irritating and probably why so many people are struggling with the controls. Other than those two things, nice game.

I can't say this game turns puzzle platforming on its head, but it certainly turns it 90 degrees clockwise, which is an achievement in itself. The levels flow well, the puzzles are absorbing and everything has been polished to a showroom gleam. Excellent work and a must-play for the mechanics alone. 5/5

This is just damn good one (4/5).. Though I'd have liked more variation in gameplay, different puzzle goals or something. Thank you!

Onces i get the game out of the focus and have to *click the screen to continue* no controlls work anymore...
that should be fixed ._.

I agree with NuAgeKing, I think the controls are perfectly fine. They actually are quite easy to get used to, and they're part of the game. The only thing that I don't like about this game is the fact that the music never changes. I liked the music at first but then I had to turn it off because I was tired of listening to it.

The line that splits the two characters should be horizontal, and there should be an option that lets you play co op with a friend where wasd and the arrow pads would move, and you could control both people at the same time.

Most games without customizable controls annoy me, but this time I think it's on purpose and is part of the fun of the game.

for all the people complaining about controls, they live in the 5th dimension (whatever that dimension may be, i only know 4 but...) so in this alternate existence up and down would be diferent, therefore, controls is more of a part of the game expirience than it is a nuisance...

it's not that the controls are hard to understand, it's that they're odd. I view both of the people as if they were standing up normally, so it just doesn't make sense that when I hit up, they walk forwards rather than jumping, and I'm not going to bother getting used to it for an easy platform/puzzle game, that gives medals based on time.

To those criticizing people who have a problem with the controls: The problem isn't that people can't use the controls, it's that they don't want to. They don't like the way the game controls. Most actual video games, ones with far more agreeable control schemes, have customization for the controls for this very reason. They aren't stupid, they just want an option. And since the option, being optional, wouldn't hurt anyone who does like the vertical controls, there's no reason to not add it other than the developer not wanting to take the time to do so.

Anyone who criticizes the controls is admitting their own failings, not the failings of the game. I can't believe how low it's rated. Apparently Kong has more people who can't walk and chew gum than I expected.

I don't really see why people are complaining about the controls. At first I was confused, but as I got father they because much easier. It's a very different game, that's funny and entertaining. The art is also really nice, 5/5.

Great game, but like others have said the controls are to difficult
I gave this game a go and i think i made it about 70 percent through, but with the levels getting harder and harder I still couldn't get used to the controls so i gave up
The gamer shouldn't have this much difficulty with the controls, and in my opinion the developer should fix it.

I think the controls are perfectly fine. Honestly I just think people are starting to become lazy. Like the click-a-button-forever game has a higher rating than this game, which is clearly better. That Wasted Youth game also is seriously underrated too, just because people think it's too long... I dunno sorry bout the rant, but I hope you guys agree.

Controls aside, this game gives a lot of good options to the player. You can rewind time without penalty, and you are scored based of the number of moves you made, not how long it took to make them. Only thing I would suggest is the option to see how many moves a level takes to get gold and silver while in the level. Also might want to put up a message saying "Press esc for menu."
