Anyone... want to share their stories they made up... after... the dogs... got us...?
Well...
As the steel cage closed around us, I felt my last hope disappearing - what would happen to my best friend?
Puppy seems to sense that something would soon happen. Something... something to end it all.
He looked at me, and tried to break through - I threw one last bone at him.
Something small pricked me. I looked at my arm and saw the dart, the last this I saw was another dart sticking out of Puppy. After that, all was dark.

you need to figure out a better way of determining whether the player has gotten to the end of the level, i had to run past the sign several times before it would take me to the next level.
how do those bloodhounds get their ears to stick up straight? bloodhounds have notoriously floppy ears.

A good concept with fun gameplay elements, but that's all it had going for it. The storyline was not deep enough to get the feeling I believe was intended and the "minor bugs" made a number of the levels very aggravating. I can't count the number of times I died from a sudden lag spike or a glitchy landing. That latter issue is a serious problem for platformers like this and I strongly recommend reconsidering your stance on editing this game. As it stands I almost didn't bother playing through the whole game, but I did and the ending was well... Whatever, if the bugs were fixed this game could be a solid 4/5, as it is now, I'm thinking 2.5/5 but I'll round up.

I named him The Great Reptillian One About Whom Many Stories In Lands Far And Wide Are Told That Is, By Some, Referred To As Rex, While Other Prefer To Call Him Mr. Dinosaur As They Insist On Formality, thinking it would be hilarious. And it was, the first couple of times. Then it just got really annoying. Word of advice: Don't take "There's no character limit to the name" as a challenge.
