Thank you for finally making a decent card game that's based on simplicity. Lots of fun though the AI is pretty clueless. Would love to see a multiplayer!

The fact that values are always set, and they are always uneven between the colors, makes it too easy to make decisions. Perhaps random values could be added?

For me it's like the game but with birds. So rules are a little different..
And 2, when I have a group of birds it doesn't let me play them but when npc has a group, they can play them all the time.. It's not exactly fair.

I liked it a lot!... the strategy is easy to catch making it a nice casual game for casual gamers... obviusly some hard core gamers would say its too easy but its clear that was not your point anyway... I would only add some more information about the birds, it only have the family name right now but the potencial is great... that way it could be a really nice educational game that even can be used on schools... 5/5!!

It's a very fun hybrid of War and Hearts. The game is a bit too short/easy (I only lost once--the 2nd time I played through the final level), but a fun time-waster at least. =)

it's a good game with pleasant music. but as far as card games go, it's a bit weak. perhaps more variation for special attributes would help.

the ai for all levels is the same. the only difference between levels is the base score to begin with. In level 16 -18, the base score is too low that losing a card at the beginning would make you lose the whole game. for that part, it is unneccessary and should be re-designed.

It's a good game, I liked it. I found only two problems: 1) AI could be much better and 2) the same strategy could win any level (levels 17-19 were a bit trickier). 5/5

VERY nicely done! The graphics and sounds are great, and the gameplay is so fun and addictive. Overall, a very good game; I've never had this much fun playing War. ;)

you need a point where you actually feel like you have won. Endless battles were boring on the Atari 2600, let alone now...

I managed to get to level 14 before losing for the first time. The AI is quite easy to beat, and I would love to see a multiplayer version. Excellent game other than that, 5/5.

make a customize deck feature and a "how to" button (yes I know how it works, but for some people it might be great).
Anyway.. excellent game, 4/5

nifty little challenging game. it doesn't have the arcade-style dressings that attract a really high rating from the more childish members on kong, but solid enough gameplay to definitely earn a good score. i personally found it to be quite good for a 30-45 minute diversion. very nice tactics, although level 18 is definitely the logical extreme for difficulty, as the opening hand HAS to win, which is easy for that to be impossible.

Advice: Save your families for a pax, unless its a real low family. Once you get a pretty high family, keep letting the computer move first. When you can have a pax, then use the family.(Its best if you have 2 high families just in case computer does another pax). However on levels 15 and above, in the beginning play as high as possible, until you have cards to spare. Once you do you can use the same strategy as the others. Also on level 18, you basically need a miracle to pull that one off (I restarted at -least- 30times).

By far the weirdest card game I have ever played, and I've played many different types and versions. Not hard or anything. And Pax is the easiest faster way to win, but risky.

Otherwise, it's an excellent game. Strategy factors in without a whole lot of luck, and the AI is smart enough to keep the game interesting. However, I don't think that people will get past level 16 or 17 without a lot of patience and luck on the opening hand.

War with a new twist is neat, but you don't define terms for winning or losing. Level 16: facing a 320 (with no 320+ or pax in my hand) as the opening card: lose the 55 (why not? it's cheap and weak): FAIL level 16. What? I couldn't win the opening round regardless of moves. 2/5 - fix these issues or limit the number of levels. Also, define the terms.

I have to agree with the rubberband AI complaint. I can't pass level 18 because I just get hit with a barrage of families of 200+ cards, when I'm lucky to get anything over 100.
