Kongai will never work with SuperNova because this particular game requires the API (or something like that) to load, and SuperNova is incompatible with it. Thus, the only to play it is having a working installation of Flash (see this thread: https://www.kongregate.com/forums/1-kongregate/topics/1932807-here-are-ways-to-continue-playing-flash-games-in-2021 ), then installing my user script to play with Flash (see this thread: https://www.kongregate.com/forums/1-kongregate/topics/1954038-usermade-solution-to-the-flash-games-situation ).

Can't believe 10 years passed since I played this game.
The level of mind games you could achieve in this card game was amazing. And the fact that the game had nothing to do with luck, unlike most card games (if not all others) or, even worse, pay to win card games, made Kongai one of the best games I played.
I hope someone makes a remake of this. Or at least makes something with similar mechanics.

Why don't they just take this one down? No one was playing it even before Supernova because Kongregate stopped supporting it years ago. They stopped adding cards to it so it just got abandoned.

Did someone try the SuperNova launcher? I tried it but then it said "Open SuperNova Launcher", when it's clicked, nothingg happened

We had a good run, guys. If you're looking for a similar style game, check out "BattleCon: Online". If enough people like it, maybe we can set something up there. Cheers, and Happy new Years to all of ya~

This is one of the games that is 100% dying when flash goes away. Like obviously it was already dead with no player base. But it is not being preserved in project flashpoint, so when flash goes away in a few days, there will be no way to even load up a match against ai for nostalgia.

I'm here. Play quite a bit. Against AI - so mostly a time kill game. They should release the cards. Also, it seems like the look of the game has changed recently - colors brighter, wash out on card backs, etc

Totally agree. But how hard could it be to pick a couple times, and correct for timezones? Or, alternatively, pick a day that people can regularly stop by just to see?
Hahah, that's only if people really wanted to play.

Sevenchance, that would depend on what time zone most people are located in. Different time zones (as well as when people are available) might mess up attempts to do that.

Someone made a suggestion, and it's the only really actionable one;
If people want to play, it would be best to set a time (hour:day) where players can all congregate (/killself) simultaneously.

I think multiplayer still works, the problem is that there is usually nobody to play against. It's very sad seeing how Kongregate just decided to stop caring about this game, I think is a really great game and it would be enough to bring back the possibility to gain cards with achievements to bring lots of old and new players in.
