I used to play this game many years ago, and stopped. After many years I forgot my old user name password (AEstagger is what I used to use) after not coming to Kongregate for that amount of time. I had every card, and a pretty good rank back then. Just recently I got nostalgic for the game and made a new account to try Kongai again. And now I remember why I stopped playing this game!
The miss rate, the obnoxious 90% or even worse 99% miss rate for moves where even if you play everything right, even if you guess and plan and out think your opponent, even if you do everything to your best ability you can still lose. Lucky stun chains, irritating turns where you simply don't do anything except hit the Rest button are absolutely infuriating.
And the last set to come out, where Sandstorm doesn't actually lower Hit Rate? An obnoxious mechanic that doesn't even work.
There's a very good reason why this game is dead, and that's because it was never a good game to begin with.

When this game came out it was hot. Now it's dead, been dead for a long time. I come back to remember the good times.

Wow, there's literally no one else online these days. Can't believe we lost Card of the Week for Kongpanions; I don't really care if I miss those.

A lot like Pokemon, Luster finish to go with it, the controls are clutch and the metal creatures got it done very cool perspective and a new one at that for exploring or just a quick fun match there is a game for all levels. Good degree deal with Kongregate on placing obtainable cards depending on the distinct or unique account travels, creation or maybe just having a fine time. Great accomplishment for Kongregate and am sure it is not disappointing once the game is given play and stay to a finish perhaps if not once but maybe the next if not needing an ace that span of time. Cool with it and hope joy does not run dry on such an excellent system!

The would've stayed popular if they were clearer about the dodge chances. People got too frustrated seeing 95% chance attacks missing and low chance attacks landing.
