Old player reporting in. This game used to have TONS of players at any given time. I came back after a couple years and it's completely dead. Kongregate, why waste an awesome game like this? Promote it, give card challenges, give wins an opportunity to win kreds.. anything!

Back when this was released I wanted to learn to play, but was too young to understand, now, I want to play, but there's noone to play with

seriously the rng needs to be sorted out. when i make the proper decisions and lead by 2 characters and end up losing because my 99% attacks miss 3 times in a row then yea i become suspicious that something is up.

the sweep on higashi has a 30% proc for stun, same as spiked boots for ambrosia. ive played this game a lot and the proc for higashi activates 1/3 the time it does for ambrosia even though they have the same exact proc rate. anyone else have this experience?

You know, now that I think about it, Kongai was never mean't to be a standalone game. The card challenges were integral to the Meta, and I remember it was most active while new cards were being released.
I suppose one way to solve this might be to simply start up the card challenges again, as opposed to promoting more and more of these silly Flash MMO's.

An idea if u all agree,I was thinking that every week we get 1 card free then it would make it easier to get cards and people would be happy

they need to do prizes monthly to promote this game. i miss it and that's something that would get folks back on board for sure. like a copy of a new game or steam credit or something along those lines

what....the...hell...great game and its wasted ..... great...nothing is worse than seeing great games fall.... I don't know maybe we might get a kongai 2 just thinking off the top of my head we need great games like this. games likes these are the reason I wake up.

I see so many people complain that this game isn't played anymore that it makes me wonder how it isn't played anymore

among other reasons, one of the big reasons I I stopped playing this game was because of the random number generator that is used for hits and procs of special effects. Without any debuffs I just missed a 96% chance to hit, next attack I missed a 93% chance to hit, I swapped the character out and the 50% proc to hit missed (ok that's a coin flip) and then an enemy proc (with 30%) and interrupted my next attack.
The statistics DO NOT work out. Chance of missing on a 96% is low but it happens, but to miss consecutively on the next attack (with a 93% hit chance is VERY improbably yet it used to happen to me ALL the time). My 34 dollars and 2 cents :P
