On one hand, I find myself delighted that somebody liked HOMM enough to make a flash game clone of it. On the other hand, I find myself disappointed that its so...meh. If I wasn't a huge fan of II, I wouldn't have given this game a second glance, and as it is the cluttered and unclear and muddle graphics are a huge turn off. The battles depend too much on text, and need more animations for the luck/moral. I also keep accidentally losing turns because I click a square the monster can't reach, and they try to anyway-often wandering around a monster entirely, instead of attacking. I also can't figure out how to view monster stats outside the castle either. :/

Even though the concept is basically stolen, there is no flash version and it doesn't really violate any copyrights. We need a way to scroll on the map, and maybe some Fog of War so we don't know exactly what the foes are doing once we gain that scrolling ability. I'll give it a 4/5.
