Under rating threshold (show) I mostly agree with this game, except the level with one person. It says you can not be happy without love, while I believe that if you think you need a significant other to be happy, then you are not yet ready to have one.

+ - !

(55)

Developer response from krangGAMES

Great feedback! I guess I was mostly trying to draw a parallel between gay- and non-gay relationships, how no matter what a person's preference, being together can be lovely while being single can be lonely. You're totally right though, generally if you want to be truly happy you have to be comfortable with yourself too :) Anyway, thanks so much for playing!

Under rating threshold (show) @dap300 - it is normal. The message is one of love and understanding, no matter who the couple is. developer - you are rather brave and creative and unique. Whether you be straight or gay, I wish you the best. Kongregate - Giving this game a challenge - on Valentine's Day, no less - is even braver. An individual standing up for rights is one thing, but a company that must be careful with their messages and watch their bottom line taking that risk for what they believe in is amazing in this day and age. Kudos. Signed, a straight man who doesn't understand why that should matter.

Under rating threshold (show) It's simple, it's easy, and it gets its job done. For the audience this game mainly aims at, all 8 levels are easy enough to clear, so the message is delivered to everyone. As for the message, this game has delivered it well enough so I don't think there's anything I need to say about it.

Under rating threshold (show) When rating this game, keep in mind the people who will rate this 1/5 almost immediately and rate accordingly. @Kutai, I was browsing through the lowest rated comments out of curiosity, and most of them are so inarticulate that they have nothing to refute. Others refer to scripture which cannot be refuted without disproving the existence of a divinity, another argument completely. I hope that some people can reconsider their position (e.g. using "gay" as a light insult) considering things like this: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-africa-20318436, Uganda's law which originally featured the death penalty for being "aggravated homosexuality".

Under rating threshold (show) I find it funny that everyone has lit up their keyboard making comments about sir and sir but no one has said a thing about madam and madam, was it too difficult for you to keep moving the two blue hearts to discover that the next level was madam and madam? Or is it just simply double standards? Social relations and perceived implications aside, as a puzzler it reminded me of hello worlds and would have been nice with a few more levels as the levels included are very good.
