Rofl, I din't even get that it's a robot. I thought it's a car like vessel first.
Also I agree with 99% of you, this game needs a tutorial.

For those of you who can't figure it out at all: You need to build up pressure for the alternator to trigger. The steam pressure will be close to zero if that line is connected to the movement controls, or just over whatever the minimum pressure is for it to escape. The best way to build up pressure is through fuses (4th tab). Also make sure to read all descriptions and the tutorial carefully.

i dont know if im missing something or if the game is bugged because i have a boiler connected to a repeating rifle with a T pipe in between with a steam vent (to check if steam is actually coming through) and no steam is coming out!!! there is nothing but pipes connecting the boiler to the alternating valve that is supposed to operate the gun.

how do you get the gun to work! i attached an alternating valve to the repeating rifle to one boiler but nothing happens, even when i put a pressure gage on the pipe and look it said the pressure was zero! how do i get the boiler to work????

awesome game, on the second level, i had the left boiler control an alternating jackhammer and the other activate a buzzsaw and the crouching/walking to doge cannon bombs

I would be really nice to have more control valves and switches for more action. For the 2nd fight I can't think of a way where I can alternate walking and crouching and then attack when I get close enough and the rifle keeps missing if I just crouch. Help?

I'm actually glad there isn't a tutorial, though. It makes it much more rewarding once you figure things out yourself.

You don't even need the fuse valve. One steam cannon is enough to take out the boss. One boiler controls the steam cannon, the other just makes you duck. I wish there were more enemies, weapons, and mechs...

hm... .8L of pipe, 2 fuse valves set to 60 psi, and 2 steam vents connected to 2 steam cannons totally owned the boss :)

has anyone got the steam cannon to hit twice in chapter 3? I'm making sure it reloads all the way... and the enemy isn't right infront of me... if only it would hit the second time I shoot it I would win :(

It needs a tutorial, as many people have said, but also I think it would help if the items had more specific information, and I noticed that with the Steam Cannon, when I fired at the last enemy, for half of my shots the ball's animation put it in front of the enemy, then behind it the next frame, and thus was an automatic miss. I lost one match because of that glitch.
Other than that, I really do like the concept of this game, and want to see a sequel with more enemies and upgrades. 4/5

interesting game! it looked to me like a new take on the old flood type games. definately needs a tutorial but i thoroughly enjoyed it! can't wait to see new weps and features in the next one! 4/5

To get the Cannon to work you need a fuse and an air vent there is still presure inside the cannon that must be removed before you can reload. Thought that might help alittle.

I sort of figured stuff out in the training round, eventually. But then in the next round nothing seemed to work properly are you meant to use the alternator for he repeater and the jackhammer???

why the feck fuse valves don't work? as usual a beautiful game developed by an incompetent. Krispykrem have you ever played a videogame before developing this? Do you even know WHAT A GAME IS? This is like playng soccer with a band over your eyes. Senseless. Bad development. Very bad development.

A tutorial isn't necessary. Everyone having any trouble is probably doing everything right, but isn't good enough at it. It's bloody hard. All you have to do is make sure the steam gets to the weapons and movements systems in a designated pattern. You control where the steam goes using the valves. I finished this game. Took me 2.30 hours. Sort of got addicted... Haha GREAT GAME!
