This is by far one of the coolest games I have ever played! Please get working on some more, I would buy a really big version of this game with a lot of levels!

ok thanks M. No idea why it has to be the same line to be honest guess the loading portion needs pressure as well. got it working tho not sure why it didn;t work before hehe.

Damn! D: I cant figure out way for level 2 if anyone has done it could you post a screenshot? Thanks if anyone does. :)

@Boffo
I too had difficulty working that out. THe way I got it to work was after the tank and fuse valve, put in a three-way joint.
I doubt it's the proper way to do it, but it works. Also, it will work with less than 60.
As for the game, nice idea, but it's not easy and some people just won't get it.

I cannot understand how the heck to get the repeating rifle to work. I mean ok I get it, I need to reload with the top valve and get 60 psi to the bottom valve but using multiple tanks + fuse etc I still cannot get the bloody thing to work. anyone care to post a png of a working repeating rifle?

Sweet game. Thought it would be longer, though. 5/5 for concept.
A double canon makes short work of the last bot, by the way.

Amazing game !!!
I also had problems at first, but them I read the text in the "Spec" button and managed to learn how to make a stem robot.

This is my final solution for level 3: http://i34.tinypic.com/ac9dk.png .
The robot stays crouched while firing the cannon. If the enemy robot is within range flip the switch and he will be roasted by your flames.

This is a pretty fun game. My only suggestion would be to make building the design a little more friendly. Maybe make it that you just need to click and drag to place a standard pipe piece, then select things like valves from the menu and dropping them on an existing pipe section to upgrade it. 4/5

I finally got a working steam cannon. I placed two steam tanks in series followed by a fuse valve on 60. After the fuse bar I placed a joint connector, where one part of the connector went into the cannon and the other had two steam vents. The steam vents took care of the pressure drop needed for reloading the cannon. This cannon fired every ten seconds or so over a great distance.

It would be nice to be able to just drag pipelines instead of draging them piece by piece. And more place and control levers could allow more complex designs.

I like it. But perhaps maybe some how-to schematics for the basic functions so as to not make it so tedious just to learn how to walk/shoot etc etc.

I stay tuned for episode 2. It was a fun game. Hard to figure out, but my double shotgun, crouch on demand robot won them all.

Best "programming" game yet, fun premise.
Stuff is hard to figure out, like how do you get the cannon to reload? The pressure drops, does it have to stay low for x seconds?
But it's fun experimenting, figuring it all out.

Very difficult without a tutorial but very interesting. Maybe you can make a tutorial on your website or something? It would definitely help a lot but a 4/5 nonetheless.

Great game! - i do agree more guidance is needed, got the guns working, but hard to master it all!!
Would love to see this expanded on. Well done zach/kripsy whoever you are! :)

short but fun, my most complicated looking bot was one that i could have it crouch or fire 2 repeating rifles, took a while to figure that out, almost didn't fit
looking forward to more levels, and possibly more weapons, bots and pipes.

I'm really curious if the enemy behavior is implemented using the same mechanic that the player uses. I can see how some of it could be done, others I'm not so sure. Too easy once you get the hang of wiring up the repeating rifle, but great fun!
