Never seen or played Touhou, but I've heard a lot about it, kinda wish it was on Kong, but until that day, this is the ONLY actual Bullet Hell game on Kong.

In case you were wondering, most Touhou Lunatic bosses are about as difficult as beating Oblivion with Lance, but the boss has a MUCH smaller hitbox. (although you DO get autobombs, and get another supply every time you die)

ow.. survival best wave 137 High score 1979400 Most Kills 1136 Rank S, all other lvls rank S to.. This isn't harder than Touhou it's just an easy sample to start touhou :P

Touhou is harder, just normal difficulty is already tougher than the last level....
That is because of the keyboard, but even then, touhou is a class of its own...

It feels alot like Seihou. Even if you have touhou references. I would like something better then the coins coming to me. I don't now where the bullets are when that happens. The bosses are the most like touhou though. The rest focuses less on patterns and more on speedy, reactive grazing

interesting glitch: if you delete your saves and go back to the game, the previous lvl you played will be selected. You can play that selected level for as long as it is selected, even though its locked!

Easily one of the hardest shooters kongregate has to offer (only frantic has offered an equal difficulty) and is just as enjoyable. Kudos, bullet hell is incarnate in a holy form.

tip 4 nolegs:focus holding shift to make his attacks hit ona thinner scale,good for bosses,works for both normal and 2ndary but not bombs

Excellent game; although I feel the spread on the final boss bullets was much easier than some earlier bosses (crab). Kept glow on the whole time, was a great experience. The only thing I wish you could change was that none of the enemy bullets were the same colour as the player... that caused problems for me a few times.

The only problem is that the game randomly freezes... I love it but I have to refresh my browser constantly... anyone know how to fix?

Lead, unless the game has an autosave, then no. Obviously if you came back and there's no stats, then you cannot get them back (unless the game provides some kind of level codes or cheats).

Gah! Flash crashed and now I've lost all my progress! Levels, scores, upgrades, medals... Only achievements survived. Anyone knows if I can recover from this? I'm playing on Chrome w/Incognito mode, so I'm not really hopeful :S

A/S ranks (dose not matter which) are what unlock the 4 extra levels, 5 gets the first 10 gets the second, 15 gets third, and 20 fourth. Now how to get A/S ranks is actually quite simple; they are determined by % of enimeis killed, and how many times you were hit (hearts do nothing to help your rank, they only heal), over 95% and less than 3 hits gets you an S, 94% and less than 3 hits gets you an A, while less than 5 hits with over 95% also gets you an A. All special levels consist of 1 boss so you will always get a 100% and so it may be easier to get A/S ranks on them than the last few regular levels, (just reset on your 6th hit) also if the secret bosses are just a little too hard go into the pause menu and activating the double bombs/33%less health (They lower your rank by 1 but you can still get an A at less than 3 hits.) and taking Matt for his extra bomb and using thous as sudo hits to use at the last second, Anna is also a good choice seeing just how long her bomb lasts.

There is only one level left I haven't unlocked yet. I wish I knew what the requirement is to unlock it, so I could focus all my time on getting that done, rather than picking levels randomly to try (& fail 50 times in a row) to get a higher rank in. I don't know if I need to X amount of levels up to rank Y, or just get rank S in a specific level, and if so which one... I need some sort of guide that shows "what stuff leads to what levels being unlocked."
