Under rating threshold (show) All ranks are based on both hits taken and kills . If you had a high kill score but low health , you still may not get A.

Under rating threshold (show) Calling them cheats makes people not want to use them. You should have just implemented a difficulty level like most games do that incorporate those things.

Under rating threshold (show) If anyone wants to get an easy amount of cash, just put on the cheats and do the bonus levels. Keep replaying the latest bonus level you have unlocked and there will be an easy flow of income.
