My exciting final turn: Nuke takes out Naz, she comes back to life, then the second nuke lands, takes them both out...but NO, Matt Survives it! Oh No, here comes the tank! Matt Survives again, counters, victory!!!! GO MATT!!!

last boss tips (i scaned the first part so i assume its the same for all but the charecter in it) weakness to use, thunder, earth immune to whatever the hell you throw at him turrets respawn faster when the boss has low health, if you see a nuke go all out on it, or you ****ed over to get there, get the anarchy sword to get up to the machine zone (then i would guess use bombs/earth sword, but i did not scan the lackys) at the boss it is crucial to have slime and autolife at all times one last trick, (do NOT use on boss or the undead hydra) high counter+health drain blade make a great defence/offence combo to use at the start (but bosses would wipe you out before you can use that anyways)

I played Epic Battle Fantasy 3 first, so I'm spoiled when it comes to checkpoints. I hate having to replay so much of the game after dying.

(Part 1) Just finished epic. I know there's already a guide here, but it didn't help me at all. I kept dying at the Guardian. So, I'm going to make my own epic mode guide. Ok, first off, here are some links that totally help out: http://knuxandshadowrule.newgrounds.com/news/post/366360

The first link has a list of skills, what they do, and how to achieve them. The second has a full bestiary.
Some main ideas for playing: 1. Try and save the Limit Breaks for bosses. However, on waves when there are 4 set of enemies before a boss, I can generally use one on the 1st or 2nd set and still have it charged or nearly full by the boss.
2. Always save on different files. If you need to re-do the 2/3, but you overwrote your save, you could be screwed.
Anyways, on to the actual playing. For the first wave (I'm going to call the set of battles between upgrades a wave), have Matt spam Air strike, and Natz spam Slime Bunny.

Just some tips for last boss: Keep the turrets alive, and sometimes you counters may kill them, but that's good so it reduces the damage they can do per turn until another spawns. Keep attacking the Tank and heal when necessary. (Pretty much all the time) It's also good if you have a lot of mist potions, in case Naz needs to use a spell, or even her ultimate, you can heal them with a mist pot.

TIP: Make sure Nat has "Manna leach or it is gonna cost you $1000 for extra ethers and get air support for Matt cause that really helps him too and remember that manna leach works when Nat does standard attack and gives her 100+ MP which if VERY IMPORTANT...Please press + so others know that they need to get these for the easy way to finish the game ;D

Completed this again. In 2020.. I remember when this game first released and was meaning to play the 4th.. and now there's a 5th! Good good my heart. <3

I have won impossible badge aya! my first IMPOSSSIIIIIIBBLE badgeeeee thx kupo and now to tips: get air strike upgrades and no leg upgrades ( look at longgun) and melee counter to matt, nattz shoul have ... heal upgrades and every hero should get armour + magick armour. fighting lance : use flare if able and cast revive before dead + heal party/ buuf for nattz and matt use airsstrike/ potions and power metal. Answer to LongGun. What you say is almost perfectly true. But there's something that might work better. Don't bother getting the mana leach for Naz: Ethers are cheap. Instead, have her summon Bunny in the first 2 rounds. Trust me, having regen casted automatically helps A LOT. Those 2k per turn saved me many times.

for the last boss use matts stone edge. buff ur def,mdef and atk as often as possible and heal every single round. concentrate ur attacks only on the base, the cannon and the guy arent importand. use full skills are counter,the lucky star counter, random airstrikes and even the random nolegs (he can be a lifesaver!) u will need lots of ethers an water of life cause natalie dies pretty fast... and some luck could be usefull too...
