Awesome game! Would be cool idea to be able to find ally ships that you could help out, and in return they'll help you. i give it a 10 of 5 stars :D

I like how I can see a bit of Sid Meier's Pirates in this game. But I dislike the unbalanced loot, the weird cannonball behaviour, and the uh... interesting... grammar choices. "Another pirates". Sorry, I know I'm nitpicking, it's an okay game, but it could be better.

â–º â–º â–º How to get Gold Items and making money â–º Use the End Day button (Escape key) after using up your Gigaball shots / Rams. There's no point in fighting till midnight. Go back to port, sell items, buy more ammo/rams, go back out. The easiest quest is the Treasure Hunting quest, it's real easy to get the Gold Item usually. To ~85% of the time find the gold item, first click on a spot on the far east/west on the island that has more water, in either row 3/4. If you get a number that is 4 5 or 6, you have a 100% chance of finding Gold. Now move your cursor left/right the number of squares indicated, then up/down the same number, and search there. Now, move up/down the new number of squares. You will either find the gold item,or have a 50% chance of finding the item. This makes the Treasure Hunt the easiest/quickest quest to do. Now,keep reloading End Day,to get these quests and buying Charge+1 dragoon ram for speed sailing. After, buy Shooting Gallery

Great game, would be even better with a mutliplayer mode, to face several players at the same time could give some really epic battle !

BEST WIN EVER. This might make the kraken badge easier for you maybe! I had the shooting gallery at full upgrade and whatnot, took on the kraken and got to the head... unfortunately I died before the head did (I'd taken out the 4 guys already) but I was right up next to it when I died. so the lil' wanted poster popped up. HOWEVER, I noticed there was still hits being given to the kraken (you can tell by the brown pixels still being thrown around on the head). So I decide to sit and wait and just watch. Guys, I killed the kraken from the Wanted screen. I got the badge. just sit close enough to it when you die and it should take it out easy! as long as the corner guys are dead, at least. best glitch ever.

I think you should be able to have the navy blow holes in other ships including theirs when they hit it.Rate my comment good if you agree

changing rating again, now my loot is getting stolen, clearly picked up several pieces, when i got to sell it i only have 1! 1/5
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
did rate this 5/5 but after playing a while longer im changing to 2/5, the reason being is that when you buy upgrades, the enemies get harder, example, you buy a damage upgrade, enemies get more armor, when you buy armor upgrade, enemies do more damage. so to be fair upgrades are completely useless. fix this and i will put my rating back up. in theory its a really good game but the execution is effing terrible!

To find the boss you need firt to "find the eye" and then "active neptuns eye".
To kill the boss you need first kill the enemies in the corner.
Thumbs up please =)

This game makes no sense because when the other pirate's cannons hit their ships it doesn't hurt them or when it hits the navy...

Also, I call bull on how you fight the kraken. I went into the whirlpool, and immediatly hit the one-shot spiked wall, which has no business being there (for starters). I can get behind the fight, except even with maxed speed and armor, you're still a sitting duck for the bullet-hell style gems/green fireballs they spew at you

Hmm...an 148 kg necklace. Don't imagine seeing anyone, much less the rich fat hipocritic nobles that buy this stuff, wearing anything weighing 326 lb.

Weight system is bunk, and as for the random quests...there needs to be something to keep them from immediatly spawning a fortress and 5 enemies right next to the player, immediatly firing 20+ bullets at them. In addition, the difficulty jumps are a tad too harsh, such as certain random events that you have to face before doing anything, and the fact that any and all enemies immediately go after you, no matter what, follow you to the ends of the earth, and ignore each other completely, such as bullets PASSING THROUGH ships, and the fact that the Navy apparently only wants you dead, not the rest of the pirates.

For those that are having difficulties with the golden treasure chest mini-game, it is fairly simple: an adjacent tile is any of the 8 tiles surrounding that individual tile.

Way unbalanced, I keep running into ships that kill me in one cannonball not even a whole volley, and I haven't even upgraded anything. Also I can't "aim" because I can't see where my cannon balls are coming from, directional arrows would be nice. as is 2/5

this is one of the first games i've played that i've hated the boss. making a game about circling enemies to avoid damage well hurting them and then have the final boss have four minions in corners with spiky death walls around it is retarded. Plus you can't plausibly do damage to the boss without taking damage, it just becomes a challenge to see who can do more damage faster, it doesn't test your dodging skill, which is bad for a level that looks like it's straight out of a bullet hell.

To all those idiots arguing "Oh, haven't you thought that it might be a CRATE or a BARREL of them?", this is the century of the pirates. You didn't get a mass of jewelry or brooches anywhere. So to consistently find a crapton of jewelry and brooches is ridiculous - they were expensive, hard to make, and rare. It's not like today, where you can go to your local shop and see a whole selection of them. Outside of a treasury, there's no way there's this much. Maybe once or twice in a game, but not everyday multiple times. I'd have retired after 3 days and it'd have lasted me the rest of my life...assuming I could find a decent dealer that doesn't rip me off.
