Found a bug. After doing the side quest that gives an extra AP I reset my AP and I lost the bonus AP. I hope this is not intentional, as that would be seriously lame.

My main complaint about this game and others like it that use the cache for game saves is that I do clear my cache occasionally. Save games get lost.

Aren't the character's names from Final Fantasy USA Mystic Quest Legend, or whatever the game is called where you come from?

1. no auto save. 2. the super low mp makes mana class (read: mage and priest) rely too much on items. 3. i wish that the battle animation can be faster.. 4. keyboard button (wasd or arrow keys) instead of mouse click to move would be nice. 5. a hotkey for targeting monster would be nice too considering that you provide hotkeys for the command (attack, skill, item, skip turn).

For anyone wondering about the medium badge, Rock is at the end of floor 5. Can't remember exactly, but I think he had 396 HP.

Fun and cute little turn based rpg. I recommend a switch to speed up the battle process and add more of certain classes to the characters.

P.S. Is there any way to actually -view- the "medals" you earn in-game? If anyone sees this and knows, feel free to respond on my profile or even PM me, thank you. ~nodnod~

I played it. I beat it. I .. liked it okay. It felt like it had a lot of potential for depth in its customization, but the first 2/3 of the game was upgrade my chars, mainly stick to attacking things directly. Finally, I actually started dying some (and even lost once!) late in the game, and I started really -needing- my class skills. The dialogue was cute. (The immodesty was unnecessary.) The UI was clunky in places. Three stars. I hope the sequel's better! :)

Bored after a few floors. What keeps JRPGs interesting is story and characters. Otherwise it's just a battle system that gets stale.

Having played Crystal Story 2 on Steam, it's pretty awesome to play the original story with Tristam as a young adventurer :D

I don't understand -- why can't I use arrow keys to move?? I have to hold down the mouse in the direction I want to go -- Extremely frustrating for when I enter a room and want to rush out the door I came in.

Unfortunately, this game is too simple. The minor potions are inexpensive. I bought about 1000 of them. The beginning and a large part of the game are too simple because of this. After, We earn too much money from monsters. The monsters precisely, are too low when you have good equipment. For example, I am level 20 with my team, and I am in floor 30! An another problem, we can find the highest level of equipment than our own level, which further promotes more ease of play, and the blacksmith becomes useless. After, The skills early in the game are not powerful enough. For example, for a rogue or a fighter, attacking normally is better than use the first skill. What is needed to improve the game, increase the difficulty of the monsters, to force the player to always fight monsters to his own level, see a little above. Earn less money from monsters. Increase healing potions prices. And give more interest to first skills. Otherwise it's a very good game, that's why I put 5/5.

Nifty game. It just wasn't challenging except at first. My characters were way OP by the end; all but the healer could one-shot any non-boss and two-shot many bosses.
