Ya know, I played this demo game a long time ago and didn't think much of it, but after replaying just a few levels I don't know how I overlooked such a gem. Probably gonna preorder the new one :) Consider it a huge thumbs up from someone who NEVER spends money on games!

Bought this game awhile ago, and don't regret a thing. I would recommend it to any fan of the TD genre. Replaying levels with new and stronger characters is strangely satisfying. I named most of the defenders, other than the main ones, after friends and fictional characters, so their talent tree's ended up taking on their personalities. Fun stuff.

I clicked on this because I saw "FREE!", and then I remembered I'd already bought this on Steam at some point. I didn't even know it was on Kong, so good job there devs.

instant buy. A downloadable game? no risks in saving and stuff? A real singleplayer game that lets me play the game even if my PC was to slow? Love it! I didn't even play the game yet, but from the comments and the genre I guess I'll love it anyway. I bought it for it's extended Demo function that apsolutely has to be implemented everywhere. Of course I understand the need to cut some major parts out, but 50 kred's is more than okay. The reason I instant bought the "Legend of the Void 2" Premium, as it allowed me to play through the whole without doing so. Like it. Really do.

Just a little heads up, clicking the very bottom of the screen opens up a new tab. Reason is the Ends User License Agreement link on the start up page. Apparently it Remains clickable through out the whole game. Until the developer notices and fixes it I recommend clicking the upper part of the Next arrows.

Love this game, always been a fan of defense games, but this one is really great. I also don't like spending money on flash games, but this is not an normal flash game. There is time and love put into this, you can feel it!

I get easily bored with TD. Not with this one though, I've been playing for... I don't know, but really good game, or demo, still shocked about that. 5/5

I remember this game. It's a decent game, but I think you guys might have overestimated it. I just played through acts 1 to 4 it took ~2 hours. The whole game is 7 acts? You're asking 50 kreds for 3-4 hours of gameplay? Maybe 5 at most? Compare 50 kredz for gemcraft, a game people play for months. Or 50 kreds for a pair of Usials in Tyrant, a game some people have been playing for years. This is a cute little game, but it's a cute...little game you play couple hours, then an extra hour for hard mode. I don't think this is a 50 kred game.

@capkloud, tell when you get hero mode++ achievement, then try tell me if it not much strategy needed agaon. One of the best TD game with a STORY and a reason to play after finish new game :) And I can't wait for DQ2.

Also when trying to change name of the first archer you get the backspace makes the text cursor go to the edge of the screen, causing you to click (backspace) multiple time for the text to be removed

Not sure if this is a bug or working as intended but you can see the the "unknown" skills by clicking on them when you have a free talent point for characters. Great game overall, thank you for the new content. 4/5

I bought the full game and finished it, save that bloody golden geese. It's a bloody masterpiece. Best coin I ever spent.

Not sure if this is a bug or working as intended, but clicking on an unobtainable skill when you have skill points available will show the stats of the "unknown" skill. great game overall so happy with the new content. 4/5

meh, the games okay. not much strategy needed, as the archer pretty much decimates every mission in the game, for 5$ this might be a decent buy, but at 15$ its nothing but a rip off.

Ah so that what the team of defender quest was doing, they were working on an second defenders quest. I've bought the first one back in the day and loved it. Cant wait for the defender quest 2.

I think people just really liked it back when stuff on here was actually free. It's legitimate to charge money for a fully-developed game. It's legitimate to give out demos. It just isn't what people are hoping for when they come to Kongregate. I suppose losing some ranking points is worth it if you're going for a different business plan. A real solution would probably be for Kongregate to separate free games, pay-to-win games, and demos into separate categories that compete separately for prizes at different intervals.

Despite my utter lack of desire to actually spend real money on games, I ended up buying this one. I don't really regret it, either. When it boils down to it, some games are just worth the money, and supporting the developers of these games gives you warm squishy feelings.

I bought the full game on Steam, and it was worth it. Don't complain about a bait and switch with this one, its pretty clear that you have to buy down the road, but not after a great showcase of the game.

ah... it was solved after a few restarts. Azra didnt had the first skillpoint so it was impossible to spend one, because all skills was "unknown".

How lame that you need to pay that mutch just to continue playing a good example that moar and moar people are trying to rip you off you reskinned and added a story to a tower defense game and try to make money off it like a thief breaks in to your house takes your tv puts on some stickers and sells it back to you for double the price

Picked this up on Steam also. Really fun TD game, however it would've been nice if they would've fixed the whole relclaim-doesn't-give-energy issue before putting out the full pay version of the game...
