upgrade everything. go on the 50 ramp. make your angle 3%. rocket to 175 mph. when you reach 150 mph rocket to 175 again. you'll get the medium badge then. hope it helps, try and keep this comment alive.

I cleared in 19 days. 19! I missed it by one day because I didn't buy the big rocket. I bought air resistance and fuel instead. But then I bought the rocket... I won. I could feel the irritation building so quickly after I saw it.

To get full upgrades quicker (for the hard badge) don't upgrade everything one at a time. Buy the highest level, of ramp height for example, you can afford and save money for other stuff.
