Upgrade everything. Be on the 50 ramp. It's not the angle but the resitance that should be at 3%. After you get to this point DON'T TOUCH IT! Now the medium badge should be yours. Good luck!

in order to get the medium badge you can reach the required velocity simply by going straight down with some upgrades
