The animation for crafting a useless recipe. Many recipes seem to require trial and error but it takes way too long to try them just to find out they don't work. This along with the organization of the recipe book would make the crafting system better.

This game is entirely too glitchy. I complete a quest, it says 100% but when I go back to the statue thing to complete the quest, it won't let me. It just gives me a "back" option, no "complete" option. Please fix this game!!!

Completionist warrior pro tips part 2: XP scaling isn't crazy so be sure to kill most weaker enemies while backtracking; 1-hit kills FTW. I find the Dartanian is the best sword. It has less range and a little less power than Razor Sword, but far faster swings and more crits. Even without the "strongest weapon," my max STR warrior killed all the bosses with just a few swings. While XP makes early eggs worthless, later eggs hatch at higher levels anyway. Also, leveling up your first pet will turn it into an epic meat-shield; you can use it to distract any foe while you prepare to strike hard. Works on the final boss too.

Completionist warrior pro tips: When possible, you should buy literally everything in the gear shop but 2 rusty daggers and no Regal Sword. You can instead craft it with Leather and Militia. You'll need all that stuff for crafting, except the Plate armor is just for early defense. Alternatively you can craft the Plate armor from Shells (Plates) and Leather armor, or skip it. You should mine ores when you see it (green dot on mini-map), but you get plenty through quests and boss drops so you don't have to grind for them. If you're like me and dumped all your stats into STR, you'll find that everything is incredibly lethal. Flying enemies can 1-shot you from off-screen with lightning! To attempt to kill them, you can try to stun them, or get in close (or send your pet) so they'll resort to melee attacks. The enemies that sweep down or spit poison can be avoided by simply standing diagonal while you attack. This is easier with long range weapons, which have deceptive SQUARE hitboxes.

This game is riddled with issues. Awkward controls with no customization (unless you click your skills), painful terrain navigation without mini-map (due to weird tiles and view obstructions), inaccurate hitboxes (game would've been far better top-down) slow combat, grinding, teleporting is too expensive early on, gear isn't expensive enough (only 1 gear shop?), obtrusive UI, poor stat design (example: Wizards can't carry), very slow crafting, crafting freezes the game, can't click away from windows, no auto pickup, no item magnet, slow enemy drops, gear vanishes randomly, movement glitches frequently, sound effects can disappear, pet XP makes early eggs worthless. Some of the gear and crafting is also useless. Clearly this project was too ambitious for the dev team or tools at hand. Otherwise pretty good. 3/5 for effort.

The poison/venom is kinda ruining the game for me. I've liked so much of it so far, but now that I'm on the east side, combat has gotten tedious.

I saw the easy badge as "Craft your very own shark" and for the whole beginning of the game I was wondering how in the world would I craft a shark? When I crafted a shank and got the badge, I relised my mistake... lol I'm tired.

if the stick is not spawning in or ur stuck on second island you might want to check what cookies are being blocked and just allow them to be used... next to URL (https://www.kongregate.com/games) there a lock just click on it and go to cookies and unblock them

You can take the last boss down by killing the healers once they reappear and then lightning trap+hit in its rear until it dies. Take a few mana potions just in case.

wtf is going on, the stick is just not spawning for me on the 2nd island, ergo i cant even pass the 2nd island
(i watched walktroughs) and yea... there is supposed to be a stick on the altar or atleast an interaction with the bushes, i cant do neither of them.

Does anyone else have the game freeze when they craft? It's not super-common, but it seems like 1 out of 10 times my game will freeze. Not great for a game where you'l be crafting so much...

I was able to dispose the stick immediately after acquiring it, the game didn't prevent that. Now I cannot progress without restarting.... well.... xD

i came in the 1st level, 1st screen. "all seems nice". i travel a little, like 2 screens left. one screen up. i return where i spawn. "waw, a big tour"! and then if youtube didnt show me that the game just forgot to allow me to press space bare and didn't spawn the stick to make my first weapon.. i would never write this. i would maybe play. but .. seems just a troll in my eyes. a -travel 2 screens and end- game!

So I started playing this game and came up to those bushes in the second screen. Nothing happened, so I thought, huh, must be going some other way. Queue 15 minutes of walking everywhere, clicking on everything with E, the mouse and spacebar. Nothing happened anywhere. So I look up some walkthroughs to see how stupid I am. But no, somehow I just don't get that message popping up where the space bar does things. So I'm beaten by a bush, doomed to die.

Sometimes my character just randomly freezes and I have to refresh the game. The rest of the menus and everything work fine, I just can't move. Am I doing something wrong?

Nice game but needs to buff rng, just getting wood from snakes took me more than 10 minutes, Hunting a single Ruby shard for now... jesus christ, I mean wow... I was roaming a alot of areas for almost an hour now, still haven't looted anything.... The staffs also need some stat buff. Crafting alot of items takes lot of time (potions).
