- There is no indication where you can "walk off" the area you're in. Took me a long time to even notice that there's more of Castaway Beach than just the first bit populated by bugs.
- Unrealistic amount of grinding and walking required. Have to kill a gazillion beetles for 20 beetle shells for quest #3 (or #4, depending on the order you go about things). And unless you keep a close eye on your health (which you can't cheaply replenish) you'll also want to walk back to town every so often to save (which takes bloody AGES, by the way) because the thing doesn't autosave. Uh, no, I've got more interesting things to do with my time.
So... This is so close to an interesting and entertaining game, but such a complete failure on a few crucial points.

4 types of shards, 4 pieces of equipped gear, feather and potions leaves 4 slots open for quest items. No room for anything else. This is a serious issue. Equipped items shouldn't take up inventory spots, neither should the spell components.

My only complaint is with the way that trees block the view. How much health does a monster have? Is there another monster attacking me from behind? Is my pet blocked by an item. Perhaps you could make the trees partially transparent when you pass behind.

Looked like a fun game with nice graphics, but then it was grind, grind, grind. Sorry, but I'm done killing beetles and snakes. Not rewarding at all. :(

I am stuck on castaway island because I didn't accept the quest before i went here. I feel Tom Hank's pain now. Where's Wilson!!!!!!

low lvl mob afk spots...well, if can leave your PC powered on or you're doing something else.
(note: the position of drops, your char and pet is essential in order to maintain only one aggro mob because auto retaliate does NOT work with 2 or more mobs attacking you. Also, respawned mobs will attack the unit on its upper left. )
Sand Snake Spot:

recommended lvl: 5+ with rusted gladius and leather armor, or better
Scorpion Spot:

recommended lvl: 10+ with rusted gladius, light armor and soldier's guard, or better
This will ONLY earn you exp and will NOT earn you gold.

I like the graphics style. This is a very polished game.
Against it, the gameplay is very deterministic. Its largest draw is levelling crabs.

All the grind of an MMO and none of the reward. "Kill beetles. Kill more beetles. Kill even more beetles." And why do I want to do this again? Also, the music is shrill, clippy, and repetitive.
I'm really sorry.

How do you get back to world map to go back to village from the first quest on the beach ater you kill the 10 beetles????? I see no way of leaving beach

just one misclick can open the hints page, when closig the hints page your game quit, leaving you to go back to your last save game. given how boring a grind that was in the first place, made me quit the game.

Pay attention to your starting location when you leave town. That is where you'll need to return to once you want to go back to the town. This game needs a way to pull up a larger map with markers of some sort to find your way around.
