Thanks to help from the Devs, I finally beat the game. My favorite part of the ending? Drive-by shooting the monsters who spawned on top of the water.

Protip : After your first kill on the round monsters, use your knife to continually hit it on one spin. Do it right and they spin like tops, hilarious.

When you first start the game, there is a HUGE monster right on the other side of the hill. It is the only one of its kind I've ever seen and it never respwans.

Welp, it is complete now gentleman.
BUT it still feels pretty unfinished.Although it is very fun game to play(Many improvements were done in this game since the alpha version - you did a very good job on it).
TIP: collect money for the axe first, you can get a lot of coins by selling the
wood.

You can drive your car inside the arena. How? Drive thru the water, but make sure you don't run out of oxygen, until you reached the town, try to enter the arena while driving your car, your car fits there.

great game good if it was on android/i.o.s. for free then the game would get seen more and maybe even by Vsauce 3 anyway i was there from the beginning (pretty much) and sins then it has always been great just needs to be bigger and more guests on people and maybe bandits if you decide to try to kill the people then you can join them also people that travel instead of stand there (not including bandits) would awesome.

Pretty good, but still feels unfinished. The gameplay is good and it's fun to play, which makes up for lackluster graphics. Would love to see more quests, more NPCs, more interactive objects, more materials, and maybe a different mode once you've completed the main game, e.g. sandbox with unlimited building materials. The arena is a nice idea, but the effort required / prize doesn't make it worth the trouble. Found it better value to go hunting creeps elsewhere. Coal and Iron ore seem to be a little too limited too. Had a slight issue with creep spawning where they would spawn inside my constructed compound, making me crap myself. 3/5 so far, capable of 5/5 if you work on it.

You can build by equiping cubes and pressing 4. On the top of the tallest mountain is a chest with a free Axe in it. By the first village is a rock. That rock has a free sword on it.

2 complaints: because 2 of the quests require gathering monster hearts and iron ore, you don't actually GET to do any crafting-or rather, doing crafting would drag the game out-or possibly leave you in a no-win situation, because iron ore is so hard to come by! in short, hearts and ore should be easier to obtain.

In the few hours it took for me to play this through, it's received about another 1,000 plays, and the rating has gone *down* 0.2. What's wrong with you people? This is now rated *lower* than either the demo or the beta, and it's purely *BRILLIANT*! All I can assume is that those low-raters must be peeved that their own pet idea wasn't incorporated . LilleJohn, thank you. There's so many little details that are just cool as heck, and that's by far the most fun I've had in a Unity game. 200 km/h down a mountain and into the sea, then trying to get out from an overturned and underwater jeep, at night, whilst under fire :D 5/5 and I wish I could rate it higher. I'd love to see a bigger island and more quests and stuff, but wow. Awesome game.

i remember when this was in beta and alpha, they were great fun even though they were unfinished and now the finished version is better than ever! thank you Lillejohn for making this!

It's a good game but there's no story to it. I only played this game because I thought it was complete but the only difference from this version and the beta was that this one had and "ending" I feel like I just wasted my time. >:(

Nice game so far. Add some polishing on the weapons, monsters, npc's and a little bit more detail on the whole island and yeah... it will be sweet then.

@skabone85: 1: There is a save button. It's in the pause menu. Press P to pause. 2: there is a third hidden town on the island. look around for it. 3: Building stuff is just for your own enjoyment. 4: Although you are not asked to craft things, there is a recipe you can get from an NPC that allows you to make a cool weapon. 5: You will be able to mine when you complete a quest in that 3rd town.

i read the wiki and i love this game also heard this was based off of the elder scrolls so i would like more random / getting sidetracked from orignal quest type things like your driving and then all the sudden theres a sink hole or some guy runs up to you asking you to kill another bika whatever with a sniper i would realy like to see you do some work on this game
