seriously 1/5 I have 7 customers, 3 security, 2 cleaners and a techinician stucked in the same elevator. TEST IT PROPERTLY BEFORE UPLOADING EVERYWHERE!

I think you should fix the elevators. The idiots keep on using or trying to use the same elevator. They keep people waiting so ong and they get upset.

japp .. thats the way i handle it too .. at the beginning try to build the elevator in the middle of your mall: thieves cant escape that fast.

In my opinion, the thieves are actually quite ok. Just start building 25% outward (4 to 5 buildings depending on size) and then upwards. Get 2 guards lvl3 immediatly and assign ground level. Should prevent from going bust in the first week.

1.) @ top comment abaileyatd: not saving is not a problem. just restart in your last auto save ;) 2.) I figured out what the problem is when not being able to click those tips: normalize your webbrowser zoom and reload the page.

ok. there is a bug. Like i already said, i can't see the full text of those tips you get in´-game. Like the elevator-tip. If i play this game on "fettspielen.de" for example (first google hit for this game to me) i get the message centered, and not in the down-right-corner. Fix that, kongregate/developer, plz.

Whenever i buils an elevator i get the message: "Elevator can be expan" Next line: "To expand elevator hold" and nothing more happens. I think that i shall press a button or something. But the thing is, i can't see the whole message. So how to skip those tips or make the flashscreen fit?
I really hope for an answer.

People and staff members are stuck on an elevator despite building a 2nd one that is empty and fully upgraded. Must be a bug.

Awesome game, 5/5! I have a few suggestions if that's ok :)
• Stairs?
• Something to show where the VIP's are. Why?...Because :3
• It'd be convenient if you could have multiple elevators on the one shaft.
• Too many burglars. I mean, come on, let's be realistic here.
• As suggested by others, it'd be cool if when you upgrade a shop or utility the appearance changes.
• I don't understand how a security guard could just walk past a guy wearing a bloody balaclava. Perhaps you could have it that the mall actually locks down at night or something? That makes more sense O-o And I'm sure you could work your way around that to keep it a challenge.
• It's annoying that people complain about the mess every time they walk past a pile of rubbish. I think it'd be less annoying if people only complained when the WHOLE of the mall was starting to get really messy so that you know it's time you did something about it instead of wasting money on cleaners that you don't actually need.

I don,t understand why everybody is complaining about the amount of thieves. I can't seem to catch ten of them in the same day. Really annoying.

I CANNOT catch 10 burglar's in a day, no matter what I do. Tried with 70+ max security guards (with 7 floors) but it looked like I was scaring the bandits away, and I've dwindled the numbers down day-by-day to 20 now, but still I can't catch them. Can I buy an opticians for my staff?
