I totally LOVE this game so much, it makes so much ****in sense that you can die AFTER a level ends. ITS OVER YOU MOTHER FUC-

This game brings me back to the old arcade days. The game was really hard in the sense of "oh, you wanted to backtrack? Yes? Oh good luck. Here is the boss. And it is game over if you die!"

WHY CAN'T I REPLAY LEVELS?!?!?!?!! and why would i want to go back to any of these crappy levels AFTER i beat this crappy game?

2 Starred. I would've 3 starred if levels were replayable from the start. 4 stars id levels were replayable and you kept at least a small percentage of money earned on failed attempts. I think that this game has some somewhat archaic systems that just don't fly in the gaming world of today. But the gameplay is nice. Will change rating if these mechanics change.

this game would be perfect if A) there were upgrades beyond just weapons b) if the controls didn't suck and c) if you could replay levels for extra ca$h

WEAPON SPOILERS!!!
Final weapon is pretty much trash, don't save for that one. I also don't like shortshield, bomb, squarestep, energy homers, ricochet, diagonal, boomeranger, or spliner.
When saving up, take Lightning Field (Bottom-Left) as priority vs most weaker/swarm enemies, an all around high-burst weapon that clears just about everything on the screen. Slow Time(middle) is good not only for dodging bullets but also for recharging your weapon. BFG(Bottom) is great because it clears a path all the way across the screen and you can stand inside it as it travels to avoid weak, fast enemies. Big Laser (second-to-last) is an all-around good weapon for taking out swarms and tough guys, like an upgraded railgun.
As a side note, bosses are really easy with the lightning field. Simply stand inside the boss and hold down left click. You'll have to finish the final boss using this + a bit more damage.

Not being able to go back to previous stages to get more money is apart of the challenge.. that should be obvious.
Being able to redo levels after you beat the game, is a reward for beating it.

"A lot of things in this game are a pain, yes. But it also happens to be 6 years old, not too many games at that time had features like auto collect."
dgtdgt, you must be under the age of 20. The idea of a coin/item magnet in video games is as old as the Atari, so by 2009 there were plenty of Flash games implementing them as well. As for all of the other complaints, i.e. small hit box to pick up cash, enemies spawning under the coins... well, those are all glaring design flaws that were obvious even in 2009.

The need to collect money in this game makes it impossible to play... since enemies are able to spawn directly under it and it vanishes immediately. Trying to collect money while dodging things that *might* appear is very nearly mindlessly hard and frustrating. THIS GAME BADLY NEEDS A MONEY ATTRACTOR FUNCTION. You should *not* have to touch things with pinpoint accuracy in order to pick them up. It's literally the central failing of this game. Another bad thing? Not being able to redo a level in order to get batter weapons to beat some of those ridiculous stages later on. This game made me feel vaguely angry and like I had a headache of some kind. Fix it please.

Not the worst game, but disappointing. No level replayability? Not keeping money when you die? Yeah. Not worth it. This game having an average over 3 is a surprise.

i wish i could have stood the game long enough to get all the weapons but several things made it not worth it. the biggest drawback was not being able to replay levels for money

fun playing, though some things could be improved:
replay option after failed mission, ability to deselect weapons, replayable level: this could at least be clear from the beginning by reducing the menu to a "current mission" button und a deactivated "older missions" button
there also could be speed and armor improvement und the option to auto-change the weapons after firing would be really sweet

Well. I find this is another game I have to rate at ! due to poor game play, and the fact kong wants me to play it. Poor choice for a badge game. Poor mechanics, upgrades, pixile hunting, reply, ... sigh.

"Instant death to anything it touches." LIAR! It doesn't even do more than a 1/12 to the installations! What the heck are you talking about, instant death? Now I might be screwed because the recharge on it makes the weapon suck, and I wasted all that money on it! man....

The idea for the game is really good, but the controls are terrible and can't be changed; it completely ruined the game for me.

My irk with this game is the weapon change system - finding Q or E on the keyboard takes looking down at the keyboard and by that time you're already being swarmed, which is a massive flaw. Using the scroll wheel the change weapon just moves the webpage down so that's not usable either. Definitely needs refinement!

Why cant I upgrade my magnets?? At least give me a chance to collect money.. And no replaying levels either, so if you only get 1 cash per level then you never get to level up.. 1/5, I don't know how theres an average rating of 3.89
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
If can't replay levels for cash, and you have to pick it up while avoiding hordes of enemies swarming at you, a little magnetism feature wouldn't have hurt anybody...

/Pay boredom for badges./ should be the motto of this game o_O. Sad thing is it shows that it has the, so to say, engine; and a load of weapons designed, yet it lacks any ardor! Fails of design manifest both in the non-replayability of the levels for the length of all 60 levels, and in menu design. The pause menu has continue a second 'option,' i dunno if 'quit' even prompts, moreover flaw I find in the main menu which happens inbetweenst each of the boring levels. Small buttons.. In a 15 x 4 rectangle, each denoting a level of boredom to get the most badge, is like saying "haha, can you face this might of dull?"
Makes 2009 feel like it was 2006... Oh wait, the flash games were hellishly skill-intensife back then. ,)

One of the worst games I've played on Kong. The fact that we can't keep the money we've gotten after getting killed just makes this game tedious, boring, and awful 0/5 if I could
