And this is a flash game... wow.
Needless to mention you get many credits for making a game like this without making it destroying your CPU or lagging. Most of fast-paced games with many objects etc makes flash lag like hell. Man it's tottaly 5/5 even though i would like more depth on the upgrade system.
Keep it up man. Hope for Neon Race 2 with much more options. Keep amazing us :)

When you crash, you skid a short way. If you crash and slide over the finish line, you start past the line, but the race doesn't end and you can keep driving a short way until the track runs out and you can drive on to infinity!

Fun game :)
Lots of room for extensions and improvements if you wanted to. Maybe a multiplayer race of some sort? and Car customisations would be good too (or just you get to pick your colour :P) Overall though a fun game to play.

i hate how it automatically turns a little in corners. either go fully automatic turn or none at all because right now it just sucks

Amazing game, fun to play, but needs a info screen after races to show money earned, stats, etc. Also, add achievements in game :)

The supercar has a notch more speed than normal, but you have to be careful because that also means that the speed starts to outstrip your car's handling ability.

I love it! First decent racing game I've seen on Kong. But if you do a volume 2, I recommend doing away with the whole "hit the side walls and derez" thing.

This game has a lot of replay value; you just have to be creative. Like, I tried to replay levels with the goal of not destroying any red cars at all. If you DO destroy a car, add a 5 second penalty to your time at the end. Try it. Time trials are much more interesting this way. Game deserves a 5/5.

I really enjoyed this game. I just wish there was a little more to it. More upgrades for the car more levels. etc. Maybe for a sequel? Give me a plus if you agree.

This game is enjoyable. Reminds me of Rad Racer II (level 2 "the big apple" and Roadblasters for the NES. I liked all the levels, but had the most fun on level 7, simply because you can "string" enough red cars to turbo through the whole level!

...last level,inchs from the finish line,5 seconds left...im definitly going to make it...out of no where a purple car makes a turn and from the other side of the tracks bumps into me making me fly off the road and crash...i lost the race...arrrrgh

best part about the game:
if you die you come backinvincable and you can cross the road barrier, do that in level 3 and have fun dodging trees. I love it! =D

heres some tips for you ppl:
1.brakes DO help, but only when turning and you have to use both WASD keys and the arrow keys (ie when using the arrow keys use the S key to brake on turns).
2.purple cars don't like you at ALL, but they can be avoided most of the time with the brake tip shown above.

ok, so go for tires first, then just go crazy on upgrading speed, and don't bother with brakes

Nice graphics. there are somethings i would change, like smashing red cars knocks u off course. other than that really good game. 5/5. and brakes? what are brakes? :D

Found a glitch! if you crash into the wall just as you pass the wining gate you will respawn on the other side of the gate and it won't register that the race is over and you will disappear into the back ground/ drive off the map. Hope this helps
