also i use the lich, its three attcks are staff, fireball and iceball. fireball and iceball are the same thing, but staff is super good. its got very short cooldown too

fire dragon is overpowered i spam the x attack and fly immediatly and wait for it to recharge and the x attack can 4 shot the dragons if you hit all of them

I used Druid for the whole game because of his spam-able attack with good damage, and when I'm walking (not attacking) I could use the time to heal up

the final boss was a real letdown. this entire game was genuine fun but the dragons were harder than the final boss(es)

Weird.
No tutorial, game sends you straight into action, not even a little of story.
Maybe the fans will like, but surely not me.

Well I eventually found all 4 dragons and the centaur boss after I explored just about the entire map. I unlocked 227 of the characters, please note some characters are only found if you play other characters and hatch and grow them for example.

@K9Darek: Their isn't a way to mute the music in-game. I'm not sure about other browsers, but Firefox has a speaker icon on tabs where a tab has something in it emitting sound. I suggest clicking the speaker icon for the tab for this webpage to turn off all sound coming from this tab.

Once I got the Chicksankentiger things became easy, especially when I realized I could angle my shots when jumping up or falling down

Tip: Use birdman tribe leader especially on boss/dragon battle. It's basically a flying yoda that can spew 3 deadly projectile.

OMGoodness pixel jumping on tiny platforms, you can't tell from the graphics what effect your actions are having, it goes randomly dark with some characters for a few moments, and even the graphics on what might be a health meter (???) are rendered so faintly it just looks like dancing red pixels. Maybe there's a heart. Can't tell. Concept seems cool altho I'm missing the part about it being fun. Something about attempting a platform jump 10 times before succeeding just makes the experience "fall short" on that :P Maybe it's my browser.

There's a major glitch that requires commenting on.
Occasionally the motion arrow keys have no effect, the selected character doesn't respond to the arrow keys sometimes. This needs fixed.

This game is great and all, but I just hate the CD on the other skills. This doesnt help me in any way when Im in a swarm of enemies. When the long CD does happen, I just stand and accept my demise (in most cases, such as when they can stun you or nowhere to run).

The swarm of flies is actually a pretty capable choice for exploring and rushing bosses and secret cameo characters. They're fast, so they can outmaneuver enemies and hit-and-run with their quick, fast-recharging bite attack, and they can fly, which means they can reach the boss arena at the Elven city and the cameo / joke spawn above the caves. Their health is also surprisingly not that shabby for a cloud of insects. Overall a more capable scout than the parrot or cucco.

@victonio yeah, the game has a lot of issues. Not to mention that it doesn't even bother adding more than 1 sprite for each character, which is almost the height of laziness when most are 8x8 pixels. As for preference, I used the Gremlin Priest (fast attack, cure wounds, and magic jump which isn't quite as good as flying but it's not unplayable) and yes, the Thunder Dragon, which is the only usable dragon (including Platinum and Bahamut). I'm disappointed that, as far as I could find, there are no flying units with Cure Wounds. More than that... the gameplay is repetitive, the abilities are badly designed (I think the Gremlin Priest is the only character that will see you using all 3 of its abilities), the dungeon map is too big for the very few variants of the map you can get, and for me honestly the worst part was the dungeon boss being a generic enemy you can easily encounter in that one map where bosses appear in the top right.

I personally farmed every 314 characters and the only ones I really used are Birdman Tribe Leader and the Thunder Dragon because of their respective skills Staff and Shock and they can both fly.

To be honest, this game needs a lot of polishing. At first, I thought there were lots of unique characters but in fact they have too much skills in common and most of them useless. Those skills need some balancing, most of them have a cooldown too long, for example you can't benefit from stunning skills since you can't attack during the stun. There are a lot more example, fireball and iceball are useless since shock has the same damage but better cooldown. The skills which are supposed to be a stronger version of another skill are far worth than the previous one (for example lightning breath and shock). The cooldowns must be reduced and separated so we can use every skills and more frequently. Moreover, the levels are too repetitive, it would be better with a complete random map generator with spawns points because we end up knowing every map and skipping the useless ones.
