If the game’s zoom is too high and you can’t resize it, try right-clicking on the game viewer and clicking “Enter fullscreen.” That should make the full game window fit on your screen.

For those curious about how to play Bowmaster Prelude post-Flash with the SuperNova SWF Enabler plug-in, use this address provided below by copying the entirety of it and pasting it onto the address bar at the top of your browser to ensure that it bypasses the ‘GameShell’ issue that have plagued many earlier games of Kongregate: supernova://play/?swfurl=https://chat.kongregate.com/gamez/0000/0128/live/bm_prelude.swf?kongregate_game_version=1264366631 Make sure that your latest installation of SuperNova works correctly, as it will not function if it cannot load games that can work fine without this bypassing of the SWF files here. Note that the game's default (and only) size is quite large for a Flash game and, as a result, may be too big for smaller monitors as it is not possible to adjust the size of the game.

none of your games work with supernova as they're either too big for the screen or they don't load with the game. also in order to actually play i have to go through hell as the link to click start game with supernova doesn't show

Are you a masochistic gamer that loves challenges? Then try my challenge of beating the whole campaign without summoning any other units, works okay till the final level when the game decides to spam you with three boss enemies at once.

Only used troops on a few levels where I found myself waiting for spawns and sent them to capture the flag. Click above each troop unit to turn green light to red to stop them from auto-sending. Last level easiest if you capture the flag. Put all my troops back to auto for last level.

If you're sick of dragging all the time, you can try point aiming, so if you have the correct angle, you can keep clicking instead of trying to drag the exact same way multiple times in a row. If you want an even easier time, try auto aim and just click on what you want to hit. Although you still need to take into account their movement speed and direction.

Okay so I beat the game but didn't get the badge, and it deleted the profile I used to get there. So I can't even get a screenshot. :(

Like everybody says - Auto Aim is best.
Steal the flag fast & you won't see any champions (the hard to kill big guys).

Hate the fact that you shoot your own troops when they get in front of you.
It's also very random with regards to the position on the neutral towers. If you fail a level, you can keep retrying until you get a tower that you can use in a good position.

There is a bug that makes your item/troop disappear randomly when you are equiping/unequiping.
If your purchased item/troop randomly disappears mid-game, unequip every single item/troop, and the troop will reappear.

I don't the friendly units are worth buying, but if you want to use them, click the bar above the icon to toggle the auto spawning. You probably only want to deploy them after you destroyed the enemy castle.

I found the options menu, it only shows when gameplay has begun, this game is terribly laggy for me even on low quality... if I try to fire more than 1 arrow the display freezes and I have to stop and wait for the screen to catch up with the action. Perhaps my quad core CPU system with 16GB isn't enough to keep up with a flash game

This is a slow laggy grinder of a game where I score about 500 gold each go to buy upgrades that cost between 1000 and 5000 gold. Extremely boring... it's a nice enough game, but the creator gave no real thought to progress and most people will probably blam this for 1 star because the last badge is not attainable in a timely manner

¶¶ To get the badge quickest, firstly, change aiming to Auto Aim, 100% power, L. Then save all money (shoot enemy castle with basic arrow for extra gold, its the arrow that gets gold+exp on enemies) to get Bomb arrow first (nothing else). Then keep using Bomb on the enemy castle. Eventually it will level up enough to do 600 damage. (bonus bomb tip: also note the Bomb arrow can shoot the boss in the face to knock him down when his helmet is off) ¶¶ Please plus this comment if it helped you or you think it will help others.¶¶

This game is essentially nothing but mindlessly clicking for much longer than it's worth, so definitely agree on the "tedious" part.

There is a fundamental distinction between hard and tedious.
This game is not hard, the hard badge is not hard. It is just tedious.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
So yeah, the hard badge is slow to award. I only got it after reloading and waiting for a few minutes. Regardless, taking some screenshots after winning level 30 is very prudent because the game deletes your savefile afterwards. Just in case so you can file a missing badge report.

You will need both troops and special arrows sometime later. So get that exp for those arrows while you can practice, or else.
