Under rating threshold (show) I ran into the apprentice on week 2. *shakes head* At least I managed to put a lake between us. I encountered him half an hour ago, and my two mana scholars (at like, level 2) are still pinging at him. At least there isn't a time limit for fights.

Under rating threshold (show) having trouble with melee styled enemies? Have at least one long ranged student and get the enemy stuck by a small amount of water. The long ranged can attack but the the enemy can't fight back!

Under rating threshold (show) The thing I would like to see the most in the next sequel is a mode with a time constraint, like in official arc in the first game. The management aspect of valthirian arc 1 is what apealed to me the most, so imagine my dissapointment when the second game didn't offer any chalenges in that regard. And this might just be me, but the first game feels a lot faster paced and cleaner than the second in a lot of ways. Music is a big one(Really, VA1's soundtrack is AWESOME), another is that everything in the main hub is instantly accessible without moving the screen. The aesthetics of the second game also feel bloated?? somehow, but I can't quite put my finger on the reason why.

Under rating threshold (show) I'd love to see branching classes beyond the current one to add to the diversity of builds. Maybe have an Good/Neutral/Evil spectrum that can be influenced (to some extent) to add another layer of separation, or more complex buildings that increase X on level up. An Alumni feature. As others have said, a more meaningful story. School-related mechanics, such as Student Councils, Exams, Competitions, Festivals, Student Exchange. Principal's Skill Tree based on Reputation. Stuff like that that allows us to diversify and have a more interesting game.

Under rating threshold (show) The main gripe I had with the second game was not having any incentive to work on my students, since most of the content was doable with average end-game stats. Getting gold students to max was worthless because there were no challenges up to par. So ideally, you'd want to make some hard challenges that would require of a player to master the gameplay system and use it to its full potential. Also, this is just me, but I'd prefer to have a single game with constant updates than numerous entries on the same series.

Under rating threshold (show) 1. Party/Team (Just a way to sort out students, it's annoying to choose them for a quest one by one.) 2. Newer events. Maybe you could make it more like a school. Like, a student council, competition or Annual School festivals. Something that will make the school itself fun.) 3. RIVAL SCHOOLS. Well, you're not the only one. There must be other schools so you can have a competition. 4. Longer Story. After the main story, maybe you could add a tower full of monsters where you need to climb up in order to reach the top. Of course, if you are to add other rival schools, they will also climb that tower. There will be pressure again because there is a race to reach the top. 5. Alumni System! Alumni association would be a good feature to add. They'll provide a little bit of funds to the school. Also, add a feature where news comes up and one of the alumni students did a great job and increases the fame. It happens in real life, so maybe you could add that feature. All Hail the VA series!!!!

Under rating threshold (show) Suggestions for Valthirian Arc 3: Events should happen in the world and, for example, if a war happens you need to decide if your school is choosing a party or remaining neutral. Also, a customizable principal to play with would be fun! maybe you could have some staff to choose, they would require a salary and would boost the education for a certain attribute. and...huh...mobile version?

Under rating threshold (show) Ah, some days ago I said the things you should, in my opinion, do. But now I will say what you shouldn't do. Pay to win. Pay to full game. Does MMORPGs ring a bell? Enough of those, please. If you want to make money, as I am sure you need it, please make it with lots of advertisement. For example: "to get this skill, visit this sponsor's video, and answer correctly the question" so that we have to see the whole video to be sure to answer correctly -.- And no "time-energy" bars to play, and this kind of stuff. Please. Pretty please. To do a good game, you need to create something you would like to play with, and trust me, pay to win is no fun. Don't do like the Epic War Saga.

Under rating threshold (show) I was shocked and greatly excited when the announcement for the New VA game was released :D umm here are my suggestions 1. new classes I guess like a summoner or a dark or light wizard 2. no level cap it's annoying that a character can only reach level 40 in VA 2 3. new sources of money $$$$ 4. New Decor Inside and perhaps outside the school as well 5. We get to choose the Principal Powwer 6. Pets like some Dragons or the ones we fought in the quests 7. Character dialogue perhaps for example when some students go to class together 8. Player's ability to choose where our skill points go

Under rating threshold (show) Other suggestion about the new Valhirian Arc: unite the best things of the first Valhirian Arc (music, tournaments, fame quotas, turn-based academy managament, etc.) and the second Valhirian Arc (academy building, academy animations, storyline e story quests, etc.) and improve them.

Under rating threshold (show) For the New Valhirian Arc: 1) equipment 2)Skill points, that lets us decide what our student will improve. 3) There are so meny possibilities! Training in the school, or an RGP turn based kind for the quests? The students that don't get used could be trained in the school by the other professors for a price, maybe? 4) A market, where sell and buy stuff is possible. Also loot from missions of course. The weapons should not be the only thing you can modify! 5) Last suggestion, that maybe could be umpraticable: no level cap. you can keep training your students as much as you want, but of course, when doing so, you risk not being able to graduate enough students to cover costs and fame requirements, so it's up to you to decide. This one would require a lot of fine balancing, but would render the game a lot more interesting in my opinion!

Under rating threshold (show) I really loved the first VA. The second lost my interest really quickly. So please improve the first. Here are my suggestions: 1. Higher levels and further class advancements. 2. Difference in weapons: like fire/ice weak elements and demons with elemental weakness. Thanks for making a good game!

A) Please add more rare tiers of students, like 1/10000, 1/100000 and so on B) it would be nice to be able to loot items from missions, tiers can be similar (random) C) VA II is missing replayability, make quest-chains replayable on harder level? D) Maybe try to add something like endless dungeon with harder and harder opponents

Under rating threshold (show) Here's some suggestion for improving.. 1.Make monster drop equipment or loot for crafting -- 2.Craft could be equipment, potion for temporary buff or items that can add permanent passive buff to student -- 3.Team/Group/Party setting. it'll be a lot more easier to adjust thing if we can put students into team and choose team to embark quest or errands instead of select students. -- 4.Skill tree for student or school will make game more fun!

Under rating threshold (show) Some sugestions for game development. The game should have a defend the castle type of mission array there only the lev30 characters can participate whitch graduated from your school. Rightnow they just go to the void and leave you some honor then graduating, then it would be something interesting, as to see what they make in they lives past the school... ;) Some "betrayal" missions should also be nice if you make a scholar too powerfull and he turns against his comrades and school. I order to see, whether or not a scholar is too powerfull, a moral meter should be implemented, what would rise acording to your honor. While you can train higher characters with low morals, it should give small percentige chanse that the diciple turns rogue just like with weapons improvement. - The higher the level of the character, the grater the chance of improvement. What you think of that? =)

Under rating threshold (show) To ValarisWasTaken: its a special event, you can take that one down only with gunslingers and magilancers and such if you manage to warp via the shortcut keys into map areas there the "boss-diciple" cannot since it is a melee oponent. If you whack that character long enough you should optain the "abuse the apprentice" trait. I know it annoys me too that its there. Maybe its to make the game more challenging... :S

Under rating threshold (show) @valariswastaken, Yes, this is the apprentice. Occasionally he shows up on a quest, he is very strong. The only real option is to hide behind on of the lakes on the map and use your long range units to hit him until he dies.

As I moved in the map another student appeared from nowhere and one-hitted all of my students and the mission failed. Is that supposed to be like this? I'm really confused o_o

Under rating threshold (show) For those that are having trouble, try and get a dragoon (Str and MAG), extremely tanky and has an amazing blocking ability. I had just my maxed grade Dragoon with a Gold Spear soloing a 4-star 'hungry wolves' mission. Pretty neat. Magilancer is pretty cool as well, the ability being MP acts as HP if you have any at all. Basically 'Mana Shield'.

Under rating threshold (show) important note about LP gain. In battle, although everyone gets the "shared LP" at the end, each individual student gets their own bonus LP for landing the finishing blow on an enemy. So if you have an unbalanced party, you might want to use the party stances such that your strong characters will weaken an enemy, then retreat so that your weak student can finish the enemy off.

Under rating threshold (show) Finished hard badge with 2k more fame than needed, 5k gold and 4 lvl 30 fully upgraded students. Focused on 3+ star hunt quests with 1 high level and 3 low levels to upgrade for lots of learning points. Use terrain to your advantage! Only graduated "class on demand". Enrolled and graduated lvl 1 students for fame if needed instead of graduating my high levles. Did not select class for students unless they wanted to become "class of demand". Fun game, but no motivation to continue after hard badge. Would like to see other upgrade possibilities than student lvl and weapon. Tournaments were also over in 5 sec - a bit more tactic here would be cool.
