A definite improvement, BUT I find it more difficult to see what my resources are. Builders, Recruits, and Mages should look different from Bricks, Weapons, and Crystals. As it is, they are all interspersed.

Won many battles, bought a new castle, then built a new computer after I moved and no longer have my old one. The things you buy are saved client side, so I have to buy it all over again.

Rank should be based on a rating system like chess. If you have 100 wins and you're playing against Guest_1234 with 0 wins, you'd get 0 points if you win. While they would get much more for a win. Rate up so devs can see.

There is something about this sequel I just do not like. The old one was much easier to follow with your resources on the side and all, I don't know maybe it's just me but I keep finding myself confused. I think you spent too much time on flashy crap and forgot to make the game close enough to the old one everyone would still want to play. I for one have gone back and played the first one 7 or 8 different times just for the hell of it. This one, I will not be returning to.

Randomness is very very low now that we can cycle through 3 cards at a time. They put the thief even more powered which is a bit stupid
Hard badge is not so hard. If you get more than 2 ressource maker of some kind, make sure the computer has 1 or else he can throw the sacrifice card at you. Then, you just got to rely more on thieves, add ressource, and remove ressource (to keep comp at less than 8 ressource), walls and babylons.

because of the sacrifice cards, the badge should be an Impossible badge worth 60 points because that is how hard it is >_>

hard campaign is crap. PC wins just because he got imba resources and cards. Lol, first turn and he cast the dragon = gg. What is the point? To restart the game until you got enough mage, builder and recruit cards and hope that they won't be ruined by Curse. Stupid. Author should have enhance the AI for each difficulty level instead of giving too much resource advantage to comp.

3/5 because 2 things:
a) sometimes the CPU simply stops working. It's really annoying.
b) It's impossible to beat 5 multiplayer because the quit option.

In addition to that: the ai seems to be absolutely retarded when it comes to playing the sacrifice cards. Just sat there and watched them play 3 in a row killing off their own troops and not mine.

I liked Castle wars 1, and this one was promising too. It improved a lot. My only problem is that to unlock some very good cards you should beat the hard mode, but that's impossible unless Ãou are very lucky! Becouse you start with nothing but the enemies start with lots of rescources, and also they own all the cards! (Thus it will bomard you with sacrifices if you could be able to get some men.) I tried building a deck in wich there are lots of recruits, builders and mages, but I can't ave more than 5 of a card type! So I tried to make the deck very small to let those 5 cards be a large percent of the whole, but I can't make it smaller than 75! So I'm totally screwed, there is no way I could improve my chances!

my strat for beating hard mode basically entailed removing all "only ****" cards, removing all offensive cards except for wain and ambush (and archer, as a cheap way to pop magic shield), maxing out all resource cards, maxing out thief and using ASAP whenever possible, and using sacrifice cards sparingly. Also, keep your wall at around 25-50 and your health was no less than 45 (in case of trojan). Follow this and eventually all of thieves drain the enemy's resources to nothing, and the sacrifices will eventually put you at an advantage.
NOTE: the enemy will use sacrifice on you even if you have 1 mage/builder/recruit. The AI doesn't seem to recognize this and for this reason the comp has a high potential to hurt itself using sac cards if your resources are low.
STRAT: stack stam and outlast.

Needs disclaimer: If you want to earn cards for multiplayer, do not play campaign on kongregate. Game is decent but not worth playing the campaign twice to earn the cards. :S

Hard mode is blind luck. I seriously spend well over half the turns throwing away cards, waiting for resources to build. During that time, the opponent always has cards to destroy my resources, making it take even longer. Challenge is one thing, but this is "pull the arm and hope the wheels come up 7 7 7". I can't endorse something that hasn't been properly play tested.

Don't you hate in campaing at hard difficulty,the computer takes your resources while you are trying to gain them. At that rate your never going to get your resources. Then the computer finishes you with a trojan horse or something else. Still i will give this game 5/5. Great game!

I love this game but I am SICK of people leaving just because they are going to lose. What is the point? It will take me forever that this rate to get the badge! If someone can please inform me as to why it matters so much if they lose, that would be great!!!

It's annoying how some opponents in campaign mode can one shot you on their first move. Also, curse got kinda overpowered cuz if you have a balanced deck you can spam it easily. Also, magic weapons then trojan horse = 60 damage straight to castle. And that doesn't take many resources

I love this one, but I miss the fact that you could greatly tell when you had your castle almost to one hundred. This one doesn't have the "Huge castle" look. But, other than that, awesome! Just as I would have expected, cause the first was awesome as well! (: 5/5

I hope they are capable enough to award the badge TODAY for the kongpanion. That one time when I didn't check if I already had every badge on monday, of course I'm missing one that is buggy. Awesome.

Too everyone complaining that the Hard Badge is too hard: Here's the strategy I used: I played a Defensive Deck, centering around increasing Builders, Magicians, and Soldiers- Mostly used Pixies and Babylons, Magic Shields, and had some Ambushes sprinkled in just in case. This strategy works- I beat every level on my first try. +1 If this works for you! Cheers!

Press the + if you think those money using bitches with the overpowered cards should be shot. All of the cards should be for FREE or unlockable, not money buyable. Thats just bull shit. Every battle i fight with a money using pussy, I lose. No matter how good i am, I lose. IF YOU ARENT GOOD AVERAGE, YOU ARENT GOOD AT ALL. Don't sell overpowered cards just to make some f*cking money.

Easy badge - Doesn't work properly. I got it at random after finishing all campaigns and a handful of multiplayer games
Medium badge 1 - Should say "Complete the campaign on all difficulties" as finishing it on any difficulty will not grant you the badge
Medium badge 2 - Works, but multiplayer is dead
Hard - Works properly
Also the developer claimed to fix the easy badge when they "get the time to make a fix", 2 years ago.

you should be able to just end your turn without doing anything, if i have god cards and i want to keep them to save recources till i can use them i would not want ot discard them.
