what are some good ways to raise approval? i had mine up to 60+ but it went down to 30 in a matter of days... I must have done something wrong.

For hipsters, make all your rooms restricted. Be careful doing that if you're poor though, because you'll lose money.

Great game, very addicting! Some suggestions:
Add a "copy room" button, or something that lets me duplicate a setup I have. If I have a room perfect for a Jetsetter, I'm going to want an entire floor of them, and it is VERY tedious to have to manually set each one up. What would also help is a little tooltip when you mouse over an item that says who likes it (once you've discovered that).
Also, how important is what "flavor" each amenity has? There's almost no indication other than what the customers sometimes mutter to themselves, and it's 1)hard to keep track of that and 2)difficult to take seriously since guest's tastes in amenity quality seems almost random!

Just thought I would share. To kill someone you have to build another room on top of one which has someone inside. Might also work with demolishing it.

I like the game mechanics. Game is overall addictive. I think it was really hard to code those people to walk, esp. wait for elevator etc.

Wonderful game! It adds so much to the hotel management: experience of staff, types of customers, excellent quests and sidequests to make a story. Endless meme and flash game references! 5/5
