Does anybody else find it strange that everybody leaves the hotel every night? What do they do, go check into a hotel?

I needed to add an additional house keeper but I could not find that page again after the first time. I was able to add the green girl to my family but I could not assign her a task. I could not open my breakfast buffet after I purchased it. I did not have the option to buy more amenities that I needed. There were several parts of this game that work but it seems more work needs to be done. I enjoyed the parts that did work. I liked the information about each of the different guests.

is the guests order of favorite furnishings left to right or up to down?
you can tell which one the guests number 1 favorite furnishing is but you dont know wether his 2nd most favorite furnishing is the one left from number 1 or the one below number 1.
this isnt clearly displayed there should be numbers from 1 to 6

There should be a continuous system of upgrades - Once you done all upgrades, you can upgrade that one to lvl. 2 e.g increase customer rating by half-again at lvl 2. Or, at least, you should be able to level people up or buy things with exp once you've bought all the upgrades.
It's kind of a waste just amassing all of that exp and not being able to use it.

I really like the story and the characters. The gameplay itself is kind of repetitive, but I think it's worth playing for the story.

Why is there only 99% all in all on the marketing page, it keeps me from having 25% on each of the upper class visitors.
