The best way to unlock the Hipsters, (Or if you just want a bunch of 0-Star ratings) is to have one kind of room that you have none of, restrict all the rooms, and click on the receptionist and set all the customers to only be allowed into the kind of room you don't have that isn't restricted. Every time someone reaches the Check-In desk, they will something
"Screw this place!" or "This place sucks". This also helps if you don't want one kind of customer, like Natives or Red-necks. For instance, there is a goal that says "Check in 20 upper-class customers" not letting any other type of customer in will only allow them. Don't forget to let them back in once you get hipsters, though, or you'll go bankrupt. Please + if this helped you!

it woud have really helped to have a place that had a list of all customers and what complains each type had , it ruined much of my fun to have to desperatly search for displeased comments and try to remmember what each type of customer likes

I needed to add an additional house keeper but I could not find that page again after the first time. I was able to add the green girl to my family but I could not assign her a task. I could not open my breakfast buffet after I purchased it. I did not have the option to buy more amenities that I needed. There were several parts of this game that work but it seems more work needs to be done. I enjoyed the parts that did work. I liked the information about each of the different guests.

is the guests order of favorite furnishings left to right or up to down?
you can tell which one the guests number 1 favorite furnishing is but you dont know wether his 2nd most favorite furnishing is the one left from number 1 or the one below number 1.
this isnt clearly displayed there should be numbers from 1 to 6
