To kill customers destroy the rooms with them inside. To unlock hipsters receive 12 zero star ratings. Tip: I restricted all of my rooms so that customers could not find rooms to receive my 12 zero star ratings. Good luck!

I just got the 7th achievement but didn't see any hipster... so i thought : no hipster, no inn, destroyed every room and opened my inn... gj :D

You should be able to see a customers biggest complaint at the end of the day, so you don't have to randomly change things until they give you a higher rating, other than that good game 4/5.
