Awesome game! I wanted to share few ideas that you would perhaps consider if: (i) possibility to upgrade the elevator (more speed and/or people); (ii) at night, highlight the amenities that can be updated; (iii) possibility to directly update the room (less expensive than buying new and keeps the memory of the furnishing); (iv) possibility to train employees faster by paying xp or cash; (v) possibility to move the rooms without buying/selling/selecting; (vi) getting some money back when reselling rooms/furnishings. The best way to unlock the Hipsters, (Or if you just want a bunch of 0-Star ratings) is to have one kind of room that you have none of, restrict all the rooms, and click on the receptionist and set all the customers to only be allowed into the kind of room you don't have that isn't restricted. Every time someone reaches the Check-In desk, they will something
"Screw this place!" or "This place sucks". This also helps if you don't want one kind of customer, like Natives or Red-necks. For instance, there is a goal that says "Check in 20 upper-class customers" not letting any other type of customer in will only allow them. Don't forget to let them back in once you get hipsters, though, or you'll go bankrupt. Please + if this helped you!

it woud have really helped to have a place that had a list of all customers and what complains each type had , it ruined much of my fun to have to desperatly search for displeased comments and try to remmember what each type of customer likes
