Somehow, every single customer gives 4-5 stars and then a single one everyday will give 0 despite the others of its class liking everything.

It's great, I have two and a half stars hotel and got the equivalent of $ 30,679 + € pageantry and everyone likes it.

The easiest way to unlock the jet-setter is to restrict all the rooms and have all guests directed to the type of room you heave the least of. Have as many guests as you can at once. The guests will be turned away because there isn't enough room and they will give 0 stars allowing you to easily unlock the jet-setter. After you unlock them you then unrestrict the rooms, and direct the guests back the same way you had before with limited loss.
