Just watched one customer visit the gym, then the breakfast buffet, then the gym... Then the breakfast buffet... And the gym again... That is not a healthy way to train.
once you reach day 999999, a 112-long quest chain will begin. it delves into the shocking reason why customers must leave the inn before nightfall. EDIT: Looks like some people believed this comment. This is a joke, there's no quest chain at Day 999,999. I'm not that sadistic :P

For the people that are having trouble with the game, don't forget that you can filter customers down to 0%. If you want to just focus on a particular group of people, you can actually focus on having one customer at 100%, and then you can gear all of the services and room decorations for that one group.

Why does everyone in this game have a horribly tragic backstory? I mean, multiple personality disorders, lost loves, shattered dreams, monsters that really do exsist and threaten the populace, and let's not get into the thing with the 'your' character (spoiler reasons). I'm not sure if I want to finish the main story here, but I have to. It's like a train wreck, I *have* to watch.

Tips: For unlocking Hipsters, close Amenities, make sure all rooms are set to 'Restrict', and set the 'Priority Room' (in Reception) to a type you don't have, for all customers (no need to sell/destroy anything, or lose points!) - you need 12, zero ratings (live customers!).
For 'Serial Killer', destroy 12 rooms while they're occupied (pause when 'room service' icon showing, if needed).
For the +99 rating, get all perfect ratings (set percentages to 0, except for ones you can make the rooms perfect for (eg. I kept Critic, Blogger, Socialite, Jetsetter, & Celeb); chose a level with their fav. Amenities, for their room, and fill the room with their fav. items).
'Accessible' gives you the final 'celebrity customer', for a rating of 85+.
*Please + so more people can see how to get these.*

Hints & Tips- To get the Hipsters: close all your Amenities, stop all the service and maintenance staff and then keep one floor of rooms open with no furnishings. The idea is to get your customers to rate their stay at zero stars, not to get your approval rating as low as you can. To kill a customer: Wait for them to enter their room and then demolish it. Best way to please everyone (more or less): Upgrade all the rooms to Datu, I found that furnishing them all with the T.V, Refrigerator, Curtains, Sofa, Computer and Mirror got me to 99+ approval pretty quickly. Hope this helps :)

I am out of employment and about to go bankrupt but before you hire me here is a list of requirements. Once you finish these I will come and work with you.

I had a customer go to his room, then go to the breakfast buffet, then go to laundry, the go to the breakfast buffet, and then go to laundry. Did he keep spilling or something?

I didn't know we were going to be making one of "those" hotels, where you only stay for a couple hours during the day.....

OK. For all those having problems unlocking the hipsters late in the game do as follows:
Close all your amneties. You do not need to demolish all of your rooms. Set all your rooms to "restrict" and assign the rooms with your receptionist that no match is possible. All your customers will turn around at the reception and give you a 0-star rating. You need ten 0-star ratings to unlock the hipster. Demolishing rooms while a customers is in will kill the customer (and thus getting a 0-star rating) and count for the serial killer achievement, but no towards unlocking hipsters.
Hit + to keep alive!

Customer stalking journal; Day 1. The customer, an elderly woman, gets in line, waits a few minutes, talks to the receptionist, and heads to her room. While waiting for the elevator, she comments on how much she wants to be like the receptionist when she grows up. She enters a room for five seconds, then comes out, already making complaints about the lack of a mirror. I am slightly surprised to hear that, as, apparently, our rooms do not have walls. I thought that would be the first complaint, with all of the monsters in the area, but nobody seems to notice. She goes to the bar, then decides she actually wanted to receive first aid. She leaves the clinic, plays billiards, rages about how terrible it was, goes back to the bar, then plays some more billiards, which she has changed her opinion about in the last 10 seconds. While leaving, she mentions the fact that she works at a popular push-button company. She gives our inn a five-star rating. End of entry.
