@sharpeaustin, that rule is actually for all submissions. So by that logic, youkongregate, music match, and the original music quest are all against the rules. I don't actually have any of that third party data stored in the game, it's all streamed from lastfm and youtube. So if you have a problem with copyright infringment contant lastfm or youtube.

@master machines please direct your attention to the eligibility section of the Official Rules at http://www.kongregate.com/pages/experience-the-music-official-rules. Section (6). Sub-section (f). "not including in your Submission any reference to any third party trademarks, names or third party logos or any copyrighted works, including music "samples;" by using, but not referencing copyrighted works. I have flag this game and have you disqualified.

As others have said, the game is a little lagged. I got some of my answers by seeing the song name in the video, so, hiding it doesn't work. And it's a little bit odd to play too.

You have a lot to fix (it's a beta, so it's understandable), but, if you do, it will be a nice game to play :)

I've actually read the rules, and it doesn't say you must use your own music. The primary purpose is that music is an integral part of the gameplay, and I would definitely say that music is an integral part of this game.

I love using this app! When I watch my porn I just put this up in the background and have my mind blown (among other things).

@DimondAce, The reason why I hide the video for the first few seconds is because sometimes the music video will have the name of the song in it, and I don't want people to get the speed bonus for just looking at the music video and seeing the song name, if that makes any sense.
