nice realism (considering the blast-pushback), the clouds covers wiew sometimes but that makes it more challenging, only bad part is that you can't save.. so it is annoying to lose and have to start over. other than that: good game, and good graphic 3,5/5!

can you make the enemies only spawn at the front, top, and bottom plz cause its annoying for ppl to keep track of the ones in the back

I played a couple of more times and believe that a good and easy fix could be made by making the upgrade points a little harder to get and having all the enemies spawn from the front.

Why is it that when enemies spawn behind you, they're 5x faster than if they spawn in front of you? It makes no sense. So, make the playing field larger, fix some mechanical issues and we're in business. Until then, 3/5.

Nice game nad really good paying. You can make much more out of this. But one thing is a bit annoying. You fight all easyly away and sometimes 5 ships appear from outside of vieving field and hits you in same time and in a half of a second is all over (With armor 4!). It frustrates and so the playing fun stopps fast.
You should make a level based game too, in which is not all is lost in half a second. The potential for a bigger game is there! Just make it!!!!

A better difficulty curve would work. First I'm here, happily blowing up everything at ease, and suddenly I'm surrounded by several dozens of the big guys with a lot of HP and several dozen of the bomb-like enemies, and I die almost instantly. I didn't even have the time to use my own bomb.

Could use a slightly larger game area, especially on the top and bottom (make the area a square?) since enemies tend to appear and hit you before you have a chance to see them. Making the little red "incoming" things more noticeable and appear maybe half a second earlier would also help. It's annoying to try to maneuver away from an incoming enemy only to have new ones pop out of the edge on top of you with no time to avoid them.

The attention to details shows, with the sound effects and how your ship moves, not to mention doesn't ever lag even with so many things moving around on the screen

pixelization when you get hit sucks, especially with the clouds, all of a sudden you cant see yourself and you+all your enemies are a giant grey and purple blob, then your dead.
its a very fun and addicting game, but 2/5 for having fail clouds and pixelization.

here's a few things you could add:
customizable keys- Because not all keyboards have WSAD in the same spots.
better graphic quality- It's hard to even read things in this game.
bigger screen- There's just not enough room to see whats going on, expecially since enemies often fly off screen.
more noticeable arrows for enemies coming from top and bottom of screen- They're just so tiny we really can't even see them.
ability to skip tutorial & intro- Once we see it once we don't want to see it again.
Mutable sounds- We might have our own music to listen to while playing and don't want to have to listen to yours.
great work so far though, keep at it!

i wish the achievements give some bonus points its a pain to kill 13 enemies at the start of the game since i fight like 1 enemy every 30 sec or so

I dont see why everyone is complaining about checkpoints, etc.
This is meant to be an arcade game, like Geometry Wars, or the original Donkey Kong... And it does a great job of it too, with great physics, and a fun upgrading system.
5/5

Hmm... human ships look suspiciously like big versions of the small alien ships, which kinda look like flying grenades <.<
Also agree on some sort of checkpoint system X.x Levels? Score-based? Achievement based?

Cool game could use some different gameplay modes or something, I also noticed a grammar mistake. When you start a new game on the Intro it says"It's size was unbelievable" it should be its. Anyway 4/5

*whoops, pressed enter,
anyways my suggestions were to increase the size of the playing field, make warning arrows more visible, and reduce the blurring when being fired at and getting hit. At certain points of the game, i didnt know where my ship was amist all the chaos

Not a bad shooter, but still not a GREAT one. Could use some bosses, and of course the Kong API. Is missing something else, but can't really figure out what as I keep playing for some reason attempting differing upgrade paths. OH! Maybe stating bonuses for the achievements you have unlocked (an extra point or so to spend from them would be great, making it a bit easier and adding more of a replay value to it.

how about having unlocked achievements give you some sort of small, permanent bonus? that way you'd at least get something lasting. it would also increase motivation for crazy stunt runs to get that one tiny boost you'll build your future strategy around.

I enjoyed the game until I died and realized that the game doesn't have any checkpoint or save feature. 4/5 because there are some good and bad things but this is promising start. Keep developing.

I updated the game. Game gets harder and player earns upgrade points twice as fast now. I should have made this before.

Very good game. I like the fact blowing up an enemy makes an explosion which pushes you away.
Only problem is that there is no way to save. Once you die you are dead and must restart. Perhaps a checkpoint system would be good.
