Under rating threshold (show) @jamba24 Getting the push and swim manuals only unlocks the push and swim abilities. You still have to spend a skill point on each ability to be able to use them. So just level up and spend a skill point on the push ability. Also, I recommend that when you get to the labyrinth cave dungeon, keep a skill point set aside for when you get the swim manual.

Under rating threshold (show) Want to skip the last dungeon full of a ridiculous number of monsters? There's a shortcut/warp just above and to the right of the save point when you walk in to door, just on the other side of the brick from the guy who tells you to find his master. + so everyone can see. What I wouldn't give for a shield that blocked projectiles! Also, there's an occasional bug where you get hurt for no apparent reason - sometimes, it seems to be that enemy arrows invisibly keep going after hitting a tree, etc, but sometimes, there are no enemies on the screen even, and WHAM, ouch. ?????

Under rating threshold (show) Nice game, but a few point: Don't give quest that you can'T complete until way later on (EG: The uncarried message from the ghouls). Second: If you are going to make a poison weapon that cost that much....don'T make it do only 2 dmg of poison!!! Make it 5, or 10. Ennemies do 8 poison dmg to me each time i catch it, but mine? Meh, 2 dmg, and my weapon inflict 40 dmg. Wtf? Second, poison! It shoudl vanish over time, because you just gained a level and you are far from a teleport, BAM you die from poison, even at full health. Annoying. Retro graphic are awesome....For all these points above, i give a 3/5. Very balanced game!

Under rating threshold (show) This was a good game, I've been playing it for some time and finally completed it. However, the ending was disappointing, and there's that "glitch" in the beginning of Pandora's Cave where you can walk and it will teleport you to the summoner immediately. But all in all, a good game. I am looking forward to the next part

Under rating threshold (show) I got stuck in the cave on the island in the graveyard. If you push the boulder one square, your character will squeeze past it. For whatever reason, the mushrooms in this cave are indestructable. I have no way of getting out of this cave, other than by refreshing the page and starting over from my last save point.

Under rating threshold (show) Not-so-well executed Zelda rip-off. Often a bit grindy. Don't expect a good overall story or ending. Tips: (1) Don't bother with side quests. The rewards are always dreadful compared to just spending the time bashing monsters. (2) Use swords. (3) The best sword is in the starting shop (you'll have to warp back there late-game). (4) Bump your vitality to 15-20 early on, and put everything else in strength. (5) Skills max at 20. Max student first, then coins, then sword, then put the rest in armor. This is all obviously geared towards maxing out your damage: as everyone is saying, at present much of the challenge is finding the stamina to mash j for long enough - this setup does something to minimise that problem. Oh, and one last tip: when the time comes, choose the *right* stairway.

Under rating threshold (show) Seriously though... the one time you actually do something interesting in the entire game, and all it does is pull a cheap stunt to piss of the player. There's a lot of potential here, and the game itself is technically pretty sound. Just tweak it here and there, have some FUN with level designs, and you've got yourself a 5 star game. As it is... it works well, but it's not fun. 3/5 for the ability to program something like this, but it could be SO much better.

Under rating threshold (show) There is a definite lack of direction at some points, quest markers on the map would have helped. Side quests seemed pointless due to crappy rewards. The ending was kind of predictable and a let down, no boss battle? Just a bit of text and then a request to donate :/

Under rating threshold (show) This game has potential, but for starters I feel like the zombies are too durable. I just got to the mausoleum, and there were literally screens where I pulled out my phone to surf the web while mashing J. Under rating threshold (show) I am really starting to believe developer didn't test this at all. 1. Playing as an archer gets ridiculous - Have fun buying 1 arrow per click. And you will need LOTS. 2. You don't have to kill red slimes to get around the last gate, you can get around it easily. 3. Playing as an archer get even more ridiculous in cramped up places, since arrows from short to medium distance only draws enemies closer or knocks them to the side, giving THEM the advantage. Especially in the last cave. 4. Sometimes when aggressive enemies hit trees (I assume this may occur with other obstacles) with their projectiles, I take damage, even when I'm nowhere around them. 5. Enemies take too much damage, resulting in a really tedious gameplay. Killing enemies feels more like a chore than fun. 6. Somehow, I accidentally got to the summoner from the entrance of the last cave. I can't even tell if it was a bug or a secret, but I'm glad it happened. 1/5

Under rating threshold (show) When you have a manual for something you can invest a skill point in that action, namely pushing or swimming. Pushable stones can be pushed only once. If you mess up, simply move to another area and back, all stones are reset and all plants are regrown. Any unslain monsters are back where they started and in full health. NEVER go anywhere without poison antidotes. You can save game in computer terminals. Oh, and stay away from water unless you can swim.

Under rating threshold (show) I know the dev gets a lot of sh*t for the enemies HP being too high, but it is a legitmate problem with the game. I just finished the game at level 76 doing between 518-639 damage a hit with the best sword and fire arrows equipped(65 strength and maxed damage skill). There are mid game monsters that take 5 hits to kill. Literally monsters you first see at level 30 take 5 hits to kill at over twice that level with the best gear you can find. The final cave has monsters that ALL take at least 10 hits to kill. 3 years of complaints about the HP problem and it still hasn't been fixed because the dev appears to be a bit butthurt over complaints of other things(namely that the game uses Zelda sprite recolors instead of making their own art). This is a Zelda Mod. People don't bitch when modders make mods of Skyrim using Skyrim resources, but heaven forbid someone do the same for Zelda.

Under rating threshold (show) Okay game. Losts of effort and love put in, but needs a bit of polish. 3/5 Left in a debug warp zone in pandoras cave next to the save that warped me to the end of the game, skipping the dungeon. Also, foud a way to get out of bounds on the island of doom. From the bottom right of the map, up 1 and left 4, area right after you get the fence key for defeating twenty octorocks (slimes), there are two tiles of water on the righthand side of the screen that when you go to the next screen, you will be standing on the sea rocks that normally block you. Now just walk to the other side of the rocks and enjoy being out of bounds. To get back in bounds, go all the way to the right without going off the map, and then go all the way up (and go off the map). You will now be in a dungeon that you can walk out of normally.

Under rating threshold (show) Very fun game, but only gets a 4/5 for two reasons. 1: Monsters have too much health, as you can see a lot of people complain in the comment section about it, so it's clearly a problem. Secondly, in the last dungeon I was warned that I would be surprised once I reached the end. What I was surprised about is that there was no final boss. I was so disappointed thinking there would be an epic boss fight... Oh well. Awesome game, hurry with the sequel!

Under rating threshold (show) I also have to ask a couple of things. Firstly, why give me a side quest to kill certain I'm not going to see until so much later, and give me a really worthless reward I won't really need because I'd be too powerful afterward? Secondly, why does the shield accessory give vitality points rather than dexterity (which even then makes little sense but that's the closest thing to defense in this game). Shields give you a better chance to block, they don't usually give you more life. Finally, why am I going through some cave filled with really tough monsters to get a book to learn how to swim? I really can't just, I don't know, ASK someone to teach me? Same with the pushing manual, you need a book to tell you how to push a rock? And I guess the manual only tells you how to push it one single space then never again unless you reset the screen.

Under rating threshold (show) I just finished this game and I was afraid about the grinding problem and 2 tons of hits per mob. The worst is not there. First, it has a max hp cap (15613) which pop out of nowhere so dont spend any point in vita, it's better to spend them in strenght or xp bonus for faster grind. Also, after you get the swim book, there is no quest to tell you where to go next so if you don't pay attention, you have to wander a bit to find next step. To put a conclusion, the end doesn't even worth the time spent to go there. Plenty of points to improve for this game.

Under rating threshold (show) This was good, but imo a few things could have been different. First off, I agree with others that there needs to be more variety in combat with more magic-y things and w/e, esp. seeing as even alternating between melee/range here is a pain in the butt. I def. could have also used slightly more explanation as far as certain stats/abilities. For ex, luck says that it increases "item drops"...what items? Just the kind that drop from enemies? The kind you find when cutting bushes? But the two that really confused me were the two "critical" abilities for the bow and otherwise...the 'berserker hit' one next to axe mastery says "sometimes you make critical hits"...it doesn't address whether that's for just axes or for every weapon, and either way, no matter what weapon I used, I never saw a critical hit, even with level 9 critical hit. The exact same applies to the bow. I never saw a critical, regardless of the critical skill. What exactly are they supposed to do? Are they bugged?
